Location is excellent, in the island of church, just by the river thus easily to reach the center of the city by only crossing one bridge. Breakfast is also amazing, with the price of only 30 zl, you can have a big amount of breakfast with all the nutrition included, they have salty and sweet flavour to choose, and even provide take-away one (the one I didn't try), both are delicious, I have to mention. Staff are very helpful and nice as well, highly recommend this hotel!

Not especailly for this hotel, but for all the three I've stayed during my trip in Poland. The curtain is really thin and cannot avoid any sunlight. The sun rises around 5 am and for someone who can not sleep with any light like me, I really forced to wake up every day at 5!

location, 24/7 reception, very clean and friendly room, very helpful and kind staff. Tea/coffee/water available. Perfect for solo trips at least for me :)

Very soft mattress on bed. I managed to sleep ok, but I know for some people it can be very complicated if they don't get good enough sleep. So maybe mattress upgrade from IKEA could do this trick easy :)

Spectacular experience! This hotel offers spacious and impeccably clean rooms. The breakfast was truly superb, and the location is not only conveniently close to major attractions but also excellently connected. Each morning, I woke up to a breathtaking view of the river and the museum covered with autumn leaves – it was absolutely stunning! Moreover, the staff was consistently kind and accommodating. I am already looking forward to my next visit; this place is a definite must-return.

Beds make a little bit of noise when you move but are still super comfortable.

The location , near the cathedral, was really beautiful and I had a view of the river from my room. The room itself was clean and comfortable and equipped with a kettle. The breakfast was good value and I get coffee free from the dining room whenever I wanted.

The room was slightly smaller than expected. The breakfast was hearty but not a buffet (they put your plate out for you), meaning it was a bit cold by the time I got to it, even though I was at the dining hall when I said I would be.

With the understanding that the hotel is pitched towards business conferences etc the hotel has a lot of charm that can be exploited more (make the rooms more romantic for couples, have a more festive vibe etc). Minor quibbles as we really liked it and it is very reasonably priced.

I really liked the stuff members, because we came at 23:00 and there was no problem of check in. Everything was clean, all facilities that we needed. Even a kettle, bottles of water, tea, coffee, nearby there were kayaking place, where we spent 2 hours, which was really fun

I can't say that it was the best hotel in my life, but for its money it's one of the best that I've been to. I thought there will be a view on the river, because of the picture on the website, but we had a view on the opposite house, but it wasn't a problem, because I didn't ask for that,so it's fine

Well located hotel, right by the river and near to a few shops and restaurants. Tram and bus options are very near and they can spin you elsewhere in the city. Breakfasts are pre-ordered and choices are specified the night before. This worked well for our group and the breakfast did us for all day. Place is very clean and tidy and is part of a business study unit where you mingle with students during the day. Staff were also helpful and kind. Recommended.

Beds were a bit low for my liking, but nothing major.

There is nothing we didn't like, our stay was really good. An additional/spare pillow and blanket, we think, should be available in each room in case they are needed during the night.

The rooms are quite big and comfortable with many cupboard drawers and a big wardrobe. Also a small fridge was there in the room. The rooms are river facing and it has quite a nice view.

Everything was good with only lift missing. I visited the hotel with my senior citizen parents and a toddler so it was not very comfortable to climb the third floor. However for young adults it should not be an issue.

Great location, great facilities (I got my mint tea!) , staff were very friendly and helpful. And we were able to check in early too.

Room was basic, it felt a bit odd that you have to walk through a conference part to get to the room.
