The hotel has a nice location not too far from several beaches reachable via a short walk. Stores and various restaurants are also close by. The property is not too large, giving it a nice personal and more intimate feeling compared to other large overcrowded resorts. The staff is very friendly and always available for any additional needs, making a stay with smaller children very pleasant. A nice extra touch is the chill and mellow music selection by the pool, not any crazy party music!

Many small additional things cost extra money (e.g. Billard by the pool, in-room safe, luggage scale), which you would expect to be part of the service in a hotel where you spend many days.

So quiet at night, no road traffic. Lovely to receive complementary wine upon arrival and champagne for NYE. Staff very helpful. Always able to get a sun lounger. 10min walk to beach. Fabulous pizzeria beside the spar shop opposite the apartment.

Lack of pool eticite from some guests at pool when boozing at the poolside. Children ran wild and not disciplined, no regard for guests who wanted to relax.

The graden view apartment was lovely. Nice and peaceful for my wife, loved the 3 cats very friendly and would come for a cuddle on an evening. Good food at the pool bar very reasonable prices. The cleaners are great fresh towels swapped out and bed linen too, even got my wife an extra pillow.

Very large tree outside room, couldn’t use sunbed provided for patio due to tree however staff had tree trimmed down last couple days if our stay. We were then overrun with cockroaches from the tree . On day 2 my bed collapsed when leg broke on it my husband fixed it as was in middle of the night

Good location,Comfy bed. Good kitchen facilities. Good size. It has a table and chairs and 1 sun lounger on the terrace. Little on-site snack bar for food and drinks. Friendly staff. Very reasonable price. Cleaners outside do a good job around pool and terraced areas.

Noticed a few hairs on tiles in the shower/bath when we first looked around. There is no sun on the terrace at all, unfortunately, but that's no fault of the hotel.

Location was great and Ava at the pool bar was fantastic.

Got a smoking apartment which was not ideal. The room smelt of stale smoke and had to keep windows open when we were in the apartment but had to close when not because we were on the ground floor looking out to the street. Reception provided an air freshener.

The staff were really helpful and Friendly Our favourite was the beautiful Lady in the pool bar Eba nothing was to much trouble she was always so happy and was what made our holiday so enjoyable. The whole place was run in such a lovely way it was clean and the setting was so well maintained Thank You All for our lovely Holiday

Fantastic location. Spotless pool. Gorgeous food and drink at pool bar. Always sunbeds available. Room was spotless cleaned every other day. Staff so friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. We were on third floor and huge balcony. Definitely suntrap. Yes rooms may be somewhat dated but very happy. We will definitely be returning. Loved the place

Cats. But that is just personal. Some stray cats have been adopted by hotel and patrons. 99% of people would not find this a problem.

Nice quiet hotel, close to the centre of costa teguise and to the beach. Spar shop right outside the apartment. Plenty of bars of restaurants close by. Staff lovely and friendly.

The shower was terrible and flooded the whole bathroom when used.

Very friendly staff, great pool bar and restaurant. Very well located close to all amenities. 3 lovely resident cats. Staff could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable.
