The hotel was centrally located, yet somehow peaceful. Decor was a refreshing blend of old and new, with comfort and luxury at its core. The beds were supremely comfortable, breakfast was amazing, and the staff was personable, professional, and so very helpful. We would have stayed longer if our travel plans had not already been set.

A reception held in the evening made us feel like we couldn’t use the lobby for relaxing and reading. But the room was large enough so that we just stayed in.

Really nice location, close to everything, amazing building and the room was super nice. We enjoyed particularly the bed, the blankets and the various size pillows. Also the generous space and the design. Toilette was a separate room from bathroom, super nice as well. Very very comfortable room.

Just a few minor things to imorove: slippers would be nice as sometimes the floor can be cold and it s very cozy to use them, water in the shower was warm but in the bathtub not hot enough. Maybe there s something to check?

The room and bathroom was big. The breakfast selection was not large but enough and service and smile were compensating for a lack of potentially larger choice. The hotel is located in the nice and quiet area.

When we arrived in the evening there was an event at the hotel and because the lobby is small i needed to path my way through crowds, This of course made impossible to use small and charming lobby and bar. The check in did not include briefing about WiFi connection so i needed to return for this separately. There was not a drop of the water in the room. The curtains are very thin and let a lot of light in.

I liked my stay at Villa Anna overall. The breakfast included ala carte menu, and I only wish I had arrived for breakfast earlier! 😊 The location is excellent, close to the center, the castle and the cathedral!

I was a little bit surprised of how small my room was, but it was nice and cozy. The staff were very polite and helpful, I only perhaps I missed a little more warm in the interactions. But overall I was happy with my stay.

The property was lovely, very quirkily decorated. Very convenient for the cathedral and castle. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Not much to dislike but perhaps a small information leaflet re WiFi and breakfast times in the room would be helpful.

This is a really nice place to stay in Uppsala city. The building is a traditional, high ceiling house with very nice rooms. The breakfast is superb and staff are very helpful and friendly. One of my three favorite places to stay in Uppsala.

Beautiful setting in Uppsala. We appreciated the totally modern decor along side elegant historic architecture. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the claw foot soaking tub. Will definitely come back to the Villa Anna next time we are in Uppsala.

It’s location just a stone’s throw from the cathedral. The bed was enormous and super comfy - Probably the best night’s sleep we’ve had in a hotel! Lovely bathroom and relaxing bath and we really liked the soaps. The breakfast in the morning was nicely presented with good choice too.

We had a terrible time finding the hotel. Some signage where you turn would have helped. You should encourage your guests to take a taxi from the station. The google map I had printed at home wasn't great, we had a hard time getting oriented, rolling bags and cobbled sidewalks are difficult, and then the road was pretty steep. I'm not sure we would have ever found it without the help of a stranger.

Great, cosy, super central. Nice breakfast. Great small hotel in walking distance to downtown. Staff was nice and helpful. Uppsala is very enjoyable and the Swedes are very warm and friendly people.

Maybe a sauna or small spa would be nice. Especially in winter months.
