We travelled with 2 young children (3&5), parents and grandparents. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, on the smaller side (especially the third bedroom) but sufficient. Our apartment had partial view of the ocean and the beach was easily accessible just across the road. Apartment and hotel provided beach toys, free access to the tennis court a well equipped gym and an enjoyable outdoor pool/spa area the kids enjoyed. We also had dinner from the Indian restaurant in the building which we can highly recommend.

One of the wto lifts was unfortauntely out of order, however it didn't really result in long waits. Games in the Game Room required payemtn and purchase of tokens (however the token machine seemed disconnected). The only free option was two table tennis tables.

We had the most fantastic stay at Clubb Coolum in a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. The staff were so helpful with my request to have a room close to the lifts due to mobility issues of a family member. The apartment was so spacious and made moving around with a walker easy. Lift access was close to the door leading out to the carpark which had a ramp. Access out of the front of the building is not possible for those with mobility issues due to the stairs (no ramps), but we knew this before booking. Although it is possible to go to the basement and then use the car park ramp. There are a couple of great restaurants just a few doors away that are worth the visit, happy hour 3 - 5.30pm cocktails at Canteen and The Beach Bar for great coffee and breakfast with ocean views are a must. The onsite Indian restaurant is also fantastic. We can also highly recommend 'Benny's' in the main strip for delicious breakfasts and great service. Value for money, location and those incredible ocean views made for a very memorable trip, we will be back. Thank you Clubb Coolum.

We booked the room without a view (at ground floor), which was great value! The flat is quite large and has everything you need so great for a relaxing stay. The heated pool was pretty good and the even warmer jacuzzi very nice - although it’s not a super large pool so it can easily get crowded. Location is good, just a two minute walk to the beach and next to the main street in Coolum - although you want to have a car to be able to move around the Sunshine coast easily. Each flat has a designated indoor parking space, which is included in the price.

The flat has very limited amounts of necessities like toilet paper, dishwasher detergent or rubbish bags, which the staff somewhat reluctantly will replenish if you ask nicely (and no housekeeping while you’re there), and cleaning between guest visits seems quite limited in scope so there’s a fair bit of dust on everything above shoulder height. The gaming room is nice, with a pool table and various other games - however they are not in great shape and are at extra charge (2$ per game).

The location is amazing- we didn't need to use the car at all. Just park up and walk to restaurants, beach, etc. Rooms and common areas are very clean and staff are great. They even have beach items (bucket/spade, umbrella, eskys, trolleys) available for guests to use while staying there. The pool is perfect (and heated!) and everyone we met while staying there was lovely.

The only thing we would have changed was to ask for a room with a higher floor. We booked an ocean view 2 bedroom unit but it was on the first floor right above the pool which was a little uncomfortable as you literally look right onto people sitting by and using the pool. If curtains are open, others can see into your unit so we kept them closed most of the time for privacy, which is unfortunate with an ocean view unit. We didnt bother requesting a different unit as we just enjoyed ourselves as it was. We would definitely stay again and will request a higher floor.

What a beautiful location! Unbeatable views, looking over the beach, ocean and all the way to the horizon. Wonderful sunrises visible from the balcony and living areas. And in just a few minutes walk, we were at the Coolum Surf Club, on the beach, and able to access any number of great cafes and eateries. The beach is long and wide, great for long morning/afternoon walks. The apartment was very comfortable, with a full kitchen with everything we could have needed for our 4 night stay. Though we didn't use it during our short stay, the apartment had a full laundry too. Parking underneath was easy to access and spacious. The entire reception team were helpful, very friendly and efficient.

A Nespresso/pod type coffee machine would have been the icing on the cake. Otherwise, can't think of anything we didn't like.

The team were polite and professional yet friendly nothing was too much trouble The location was literally across from the beach. The facilities in the complex were clean and could be accessed. 2-3minute walk to restaurants and shops as welll as patrolled part of beach. Coolum is central to many places including Noosa a 15 minute drive, Australia zoo and Hinterland to name but a few as well as only 19km from airport Picturesque area great facility supported by friendly helpful staff. The plates and mugs weren’t very clean, we had to wash things before we used them. It would be a better idea to have a large bottle of dish liquid as 2 sachets just aren’t enough, and instead of motel sample soap and hair shampoo/conditioner (which are more suited to overnight accommodation) have attached to the wall type containers. A better supply of toilet paper and garbage bags would have been nice.

Very large apartment on level 3 with uninterrupted panoramic sea views from the balcony and all rooms. Nice blackout blinds so could get a good sleep. Large rooms, lounge room massive. Our apartment was very nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked including with some starter packs of soap etc and everything was clean and tidy. Beds very comfy. Wifi worked well. Parking fine for a normal sized car. Nice sized pool which the kids enjoyed. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Can't smoke on the balcony despite other properties in Queensland allowing this, so had to go downstairs which was fine, but no designated smoking area to be found outside at all. A minor complaint but might annoy a proportion of guests who indulge in this vice.

Great view over the water (see photos - we had a middle apartment on level 4). Really spacious. Comfortable bed in main bedroom. Pretty quiet except just a bit of traffic noise from the main road during peak times. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would stay again! Not the cheapest place and a little dated but we did get a discount rate through Booking.com.

Had trouble using the TV in the main bedroom as it wouldn’t connect to the wifi. But not really a big deal.

It’s a four bed apartment and only had three cereal bowls if which two were really tiny and only four teaspoons ok for two but if four of you in there would be a problem and smaller plates and abundance of large ones The extractor fans were running all the time was a bit noisy had to keep all doors shut but that’s all
