Everything was perfect except the cockroach incident

The way they dealt with the cockroach situation. They should be trained for this and respond immediately with spray etc, there's a common protocol for these type of situations in the hospitality world especially on islands where this can happen anytime. Instead they let us sit outside for 30 minutes and then told us it's okay to sleep with a cockroach in the room as they are harmless... That's not okay. Luckily we could sleep in another room in the end and the next day they sorted it but this should have been managed better.

Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, boulevard, and harbor. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The buffet offered a wide variety of options and the quality of the food was quite good.

A major downside for us (a family with a small child) was the noise coming from the courtyard in the evenings. Loud music and chants often continued well past midnight, which made it difficult for us—and especially our child—to get a good night's sleep.

Fantastic location - a 3 min walk to the nearest beach and promenade. Food was incredible - a huge selection catering for all needs, and pool bar food delicious. Pool area was amazing - lovely pool, clean and spacious. Rooms big and airy. Staff extremely kind, polite and accommodating. Entertainment - every evening there was something for the kids 7.30-8.30pm (mini disco, face painting etc.). It was fantastic! Ours kids loved it (ages 3&6). Most evenings there was entertainment after the kids stuff had finished.

Minor one but our kids got pool toe. We’d never heard of this before but I think it was from the shallow part of the pool where the surface wasn’t tiled and was a bit rough. Met so many families with kids who had the same. Bit weird.

The hotel is close to beach about 3-5min walk. You can choose either the main beach or you can walk extra few minutes to get to other beaches. Everything is very close. There is a nice walk around the beach which ends up with the lighthouse. There are plenty of other beaches within 10-20min drive including the famous one like Moro. The hotel is very OK the room is spacious. Cleaining very day. The beds are OK we were traveling with 2 kids and also for them sleeping in the living living room was OK. The pool is very nice there are actually 3 pool in the teritorry. Beach bar very convinient and for moderate prices: Hugo 7 EUR, Sandwich 7 EUR. Half board OK variety of food even though you have to pay the drinks at the dinner but it is OK. THere is always some evening program for the kids, the area is big enough. We were very satisfied and we will come back.

The hotel has so many positive things, first of all, staff- everyone was super nice and helpful. Food was just amazing, so many different choices and excellent quality. Location was also perfect, less than 5 minute walk from the hotel to the beautiful clean sandy beach. Hotel was really clean, especially the pool area. Snack bar was also very nice. We could borrow the towels for the pool and beach which was also very helpful. And what I also appreciated was that they arranged for us transfer from the airport for very acceptable fee 60-70 euro one way. Hotel staff also helped us with renting the car so we could take some trips around the island.

I would appreciate if the kids area was little renovated. What I missed was a little area for my 1 year old child. The one that is in the hotel was rather designed for older kids.

Clean, spacious, modern, quiet environment. Good quality food.

Bed is springy and squeaky, not firm and supportive, so not good for the back sms not comfortable. 2 large single bed, not a large double bed for couple. In the room, don’t have the basic tea and coffee supply, unlike any other apartments and hotels. Kettle had to pay €10 deposit.

Rooms were huge, ours was on the ground floor next to the pools which was very handy with 2 young kids. Food was incredible, both various and tasty every day. Service was amazing too, the cleaning person even washed dishes in our room for which we were particularly grateful. Mini disco after dinner was very much enjoyed by our toddler. Nice and quiet hotel, short walk to the beach & restaurants. Would love to come back.

Kids club facilitator was sweet but could be more engaging with the kids during the morning sessions.

The hotel has everything you need for you vacation. Friendly staff, nice large apartments, clean swimming pools and especially great kitchen! You always find the parking place. Hotel is very good situated, near the centre and beaches, but also very calm place. We would like to come back, it was really perfect, thank you!

The swimming pool and restaurant. The staff in the restaurant was amazing. The room was ok in general with a good view on the pool and stage.

The kitchen could include more accessories. At least one good knife. All is made to force guests to use the restaurant. Entertainment was very poor and was a real disappointment for us
