The location was great. It is within walking distance to the popular beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the made to order breakfast which was included in the stay. The size of the suite was amazing. We have a family of 4 and everyone had enough space. I would highly recommend it.

Loved the room, the bed the staff. Should have eaten in the restaurant. Parking was great!!

The pool regretfully was closed, and there really wasn't any "pool type chairs" there.

The breakfast brought to the room was great, the kitchen area was also fantastic.

My only complaint was that there were a pair of socks left inside the pullout couch leading us to believe the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned or checked.

Cleanliness

I was charged $200.00 [incidental/damage] on 04/7 and 04/14, but only refunded $195.54 and $194.00. I paid in US currency and should be reimbursed in US currency since Puerto Rico is a US territory. Also, breakfast was cold, omelet was like rubber and 1 occasion we did not receive what we ordered. You should be able to eat on the rooftop instead of having to eat cold room service.

the ambience.. too dark

It was very clean. The front desk staff was very kind and always available. They answered any questions we had and they were very informative. The room was very large with a full kitchenette. The ac did fail once but they had a couple guys up to fix it within 15 min. The tv had some cable channels available also. The store next to the hotel had delicious coffee and empandas. They also offered other breakfast items. We opted for the included hotel breakfast which had a good variety of choices. Our room had a fantastic view of the surrounding city and we could see some of the ocean also. The restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel was delicious. The room was straightened up daily which was nice.

Theres not much not to like. The AC was very loud so I do wish it would have been quieter as by the 3rd night of our 8 day stay i was noised out. I didnt care much for the tub as it was very high and scary for shorter people like myself to step out of. Theres no handles to hold onto to get in or out. Stepping out when your wet is scary and there wasnt always one of those bath mat towels left in when the room was cleaned.

we really liked the rooftop pool/restaurant/bar. staff was friendly and helpful including the valet staff. loved the option of the minibar in the room( for a price). Great location for amenities. we had traveled all day and arrived around 08:00pm. we didn’t want to leave the room again and we were able to DoorDash dinner and get a nightcap right from the hotel. Specific shoutout to Ricardo, Yaniel, and Paola. The jacuzzi tub was a plus. Would 100% stay here again. it was 10 minutes to the SJU airport also, so very convienient.

Well the music from the lower deck bar/restaurant was noticeable , BUT it did not bother us once asleep.

The rooms have everything and location and ambient. Breakfast tasted good. Everything was clean.

There were no staff available on front desk from 7am to 845. Called multiple times, no response. So technically couldn't get towels for the pool. The pool need heavy maintenance. The building is running on generator and on the rooftop all the fumes get straight to eating tables. On the arrival day, called the front desk, got my called on hold, went down to the desk, call was till on hold while the clerk was doing something on the computer. There was heavy smell of weed on 6th floor.

The location was close to all touristy things in San Juan and the value was great. The breakfast was really good and communication with hotel leading up to stay and during stay was easy.

I was disappointed by the pool - the size and location. The pool is the size of a 5 person hot tub and is located in the rooftop restaurant. We didn't use it because we felt awkward being in there while people literally ate right next to us.
