Nice hotel. Clean & comfortable. Good location. Tasty breakfast.

Parking was free and available outside of the hotel entrance. The room was big and warm.

The receptionist was not helpful at all during checkin. She said she could not give me a receipt with the room and again the same person at night did not help us at all to call a taxi that could be paid by card. Strange enough after waiting for 20 mins out on the street a taxi came to bring people to the hotel and took us downton, paying by card... However the receptionist in the 3rd day was very nice and helpful during checkout, when I asked again for a prited receipt she printed it for me within 30 seconds! By the way the hotel is ca. 5 km from the city center so not a wlaking distance.

The stay was very good, even though we used this as a transit stop is amazing value for the money. The beds were good with a soft mattress. The shower and bathroom worked fine. Good connection to Wi-Fi and TV (my dad really appreciated that). AC worked very well, considering the heat and had no issues with it whatsoever.

The single thing that was not that good, but not right out bad was the fact that the fridge was not that cold, but this is nitpicking at this point.

We stayed here two times. In general - good value for money. Rooms are big enough to accommodate family with a kid. Hints: 1. Parking - plenty of space at the underground parking. Use google maps to find a fast way to the parking, otherwise you will be driving across gas station, small mall and then to the entrance of the hotel. 2. Restaurant. We had our breakfast at the restaurant, ut was cheap and very tasty! 3. Spa was closed during our visit. Check status at reception.

I booked deluxe apartment so I liked the spacious room, clean towels and that we had complimentary water.

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t so clean as I expected( i found few dead bugs near the coffee machine). The restaurant is opened until 10:30 p.m and we arrived around 10 p.m. so first it has been said that is closed but in the end we could order something to eat in the room because was a wedding in the restaurant. In the morning when we wanted to have breakfast I had to ask to the lady to check with the reception our booking because she said that we don’t have breakfast included.

The breakfast was varied. you do not have parking problems.the rooms were quite spacious.the air conditioners worked well.

Avenue has two separate hotels. However, we could not find a deep freezer in these two large complexes. Unfortunately, we could not use our medicines for diabetes that we had to carry with us with ice when we left one day later. Because there was no deep freezer in the huge Avenue Hotel Deluxe. Unfortunately the restaurant could not help us either.

My room was well appointed, large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and obliging even though they work from sunup to sundown. The hotel was extremely busy with athletes using the stadium which was only a 10 min walk. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. My bed was comfortable and I slept well. There is a Lidl across the road (2-3 minute walk) and a shopping Mall 10min walk away. There was also buses to get you into town across the road. I great place to stay especially if you are traveling for sport, which is the reason we were there.

The only thing I could suggest is there was no full length mirror in the room.

Clean and prepared room. Friendly personnel. Mainly, we had on-site all we needed, restaurant, parking, etc. Very good prices for the on-site restaurant.

We would expect to have individual access keys for all the people in the room. Since one of the elevators had some kind of glitch (sometimes doors did not want to open on our floor), it will be better to inform visitors about the issue, so they could use the another one.

The hotel is located in the entrance of the city when you come from Sofia.It is outside the centre but it's easy to get around by car& parking is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough, clean & renovated equipped with boiler/tea& slippers. I would definitely stay again!

Nothing really! I traveled for business &with a car & it was an excellent choice!!! Maybe for 4* someone would expect a coffee machine in the room, but there is a cafe in ground floor. Also, there are dark curtains but they don't lock on the side of the wall.
