Nice hotel. Clean & comfortable. Good location. Tasty breakfast.

Parking was free and available outside of the hotel entrance. The room was big and warm.

The receptionist was not helpful at all during checkin. She said she could not give me a receipt with the room and again the same person at night did not help us at all to call a taxi that could be paid by card. Strange enough after waiting for 20 mins out on the street a taxi came to bring people to the hotel and took us downton, paying by card... However the receptionist in the 3rd day was very nice and helpful during checkout, when I asked again for a prited receipt she printed it for me within 30 seconds! By the way the hotel is ca. 5 km from the city center so not a wlaking distance.

My room was well appointed, large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and obliging even though they work from sunup to sundown. The hotel was extremely busy with athletes using the stadium which was only a 10 min walk. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. My bed was comfortable and I slept well. There is a Lidl across the road (2-3 minute walk) and a shopping Mall 10min walk away. There was also buses to get you into town across the road. I great place to stay especially if you are traveling for sport, which is the reason we were there.

The only thing I could suggest is there was no full length mirror in the room.

I booked deluxe apartment so I liked the spacious room, clean towels and that we had complimentary water.

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t so clean as I expected( i found few dead bugs near the coffee machine). The restaurant is opened until 10:30 p.m and we arrived around 10 p.m. so first it has been said that is closed but in the end we could order something to eat in the room because was a wedding in the restaurant. In the morning when we wanted to have breakfast I had to ask to the lady to check with the reception our booking because she said that we don’t have breakfast included.

The hotel is located in the entrance of the city when you come from Sofia.It is outside the centre but it's easy to get around by car& parking is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough, clean & renovated equipped with boiler/tea& slippers. I would definitely stay again!

Nothing really! I traveled for business &with a car & it was an excellent choice!!! Maybe for 4* someone would expect a coffee machine in the room, but there is a cafe in ground floor. Also, there are dark curtains but they don't lock on the side of the wall.

The room and private bathroom were both recently updated. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect with. The air-conditioning worked well and cooled down quicky. The included breakfast was good.

The hotel was undergoing a renovation during my stay, so there were lots of supplies and temporary fencing around the hotel, which took up many parking spaces.

Principally it was OK and we appreciated the baby bed! The triple room has a lot of space.

We asked for more instant cafe for the room but were told that it was only for free for the first day. This is the first time that I have experienced something like this. I mean, we are speaking about instant coffee! Come on! The rooms are quite soundproof but nontheless every night we heard people party in other room or even outside on other balconies…

Avenue and Avenue Delux Hotel are opposite each other. The deluxe one is newer but a little more expensive. I think it is a hotel mostly preferred by those who come for business. There were also young athletes camping. A clean, safe and quiet place. There is a parking lot but it can be full. But there is no parking problem. We parked our car in the Kaufland car park right next to the hotel. Kaufland, Ikea, Technopolis, Decathlon and Mall Burgas are very close. Both rooms have a TV and air conditioning. There is also a mini fridge and kettle. The room has a balcony. Burgas center is 10-15 minutes away by car. Breakfast costs 10 leva and although there are not many options, it can be considered sufficient.

The location of the hotel is good if you want to reach Sunny Beach and other resorts quickly: otherwise, it's far from the center (basically the last building in the city, haha). Staff was polite, especially one young lady (didn't remember her name), she answered all of my questions promptly. Our room was very clean (not perfectly clean though), same goes for the bathroom. Beds were huge and comfortable. Wifi was fast and reliable. The underground parking was empty most of the time, so there is a large number of free spaces for your car. I wouldn't agree with other guests saying that the breakfast is bad: sure, it's repetitive, but definitely not THAT bad. Plus, it was cheap: 10 BGN only, they accept cards, too. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The elevator button on the third floor was not working during most of our stay, but it isn't a problem if you are young and in good physical condition.

The breakfast was jolly good food wise with plenty to choose from. No complaints about the food.

What I did not like was being questioned about our eligibility to have a free breakfast by the waitress. The hotel was sharing the breakfast facilities with the hotel opposite, and the guests there had to explain to the waitress their room number etc. This was very embarrassing when we just wanted to sit down and eat our breakfast.
