Mr. Pie from the reception sets the perfect tone. He is a gentleman and very professional. Would love to stay here again because of his attitude towards the guests. The property feels like brand new.

Check out is at 12 noon but someone knocked our door at exactly 11 a.m he is asking if we are gonna check-out or extend our stay because we need to vacate the room by 11 a.m. When I told him that will be checking out by 12 because we are not ready yet, also check-out time is 12. He said it is not and it is 11 a.m. I don’t like that they were not clear about this.

Pretty much everything. The room was awesome.

The fact that the pillows were down pillows. This started me to wheeze because I'm allergic to down feather pillows. Maybe when making reservations, give patrons the option of pillows. The eggs were dehydrated eggs and they were kinda watery.

The suite was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Salt Lake City. The breakfast was also great and convenient.

There was nothing I didn’t like — everything met or exceeded expectations.

The property was clean and new. Beds were soft and the complimentary evening social was wonderful. Decent breakfast and very polite staff. The shuttle to and from the airport was definitely a money saver.

Very clean, we had a comfortable stay. Our room was so spacious and homey. Complete amenities and furnishings. Overall we love our stay here and definitely will come stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nothing that I can think of.

The front desk person, Ana, was exceptionally kind and friendly to four weary travelers. She was informative and efficient. When we saw her again in the morning, she was the same way. She greeted us with a smile and chatted briefly before we left. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast and lingered for a little while, making plans, before starting on our journey.

The location: close to the airport.

The location: While close to the airport, it also sat in a spot that felt industrial and practical, but not beautiful. It was near other hotels, but not near restaurants or shops. For my purposes, it worked well: efficient.

The breakfast had eggs, bacon, waffles, cereals, pastries, oatmeal, coffee, decaf, tea, apple and orange juice. Fruit was available as well. Everything was ample and clean. The lady even brought us whipped cream for the waffles which was really nice of them.

The price is a little high but a little cheaper than the other places. It was convenient, so understandable.

It was clean, our room was spacious and they allowed pets.

The pet fee did not line up with what is listed here in the FAQ section of bookings.com. The actual pet fee is $75 per pet, which seems excessive to me. Also, bookings.com has inaccurate information listed regarding and electric car charging station at the property. They do not have charging here.

This was honestly one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! Nothing too fancy, but super clean, efficient, with great amenities. Our room was spacious with high ceilings ! We utilized the fitness center, hot tub, and pool. Highly recommend!
