.Clean, accommodating for the couple things I asked for. Elevators fast. Rooms were cleaned very nicely. Safe was nice, coffee machine made decent coffee. The cookies the one day were great. We were there for 3 nights.

Bathroom had no exhaust fan which was unusual. No mini fridge but one was provided by a kind desk clerk! Parking was the usual city hotel parking tiny spots always full but we managed ok. Gym could have used one more weightpull downstairs. Another bench & a straight bar for deltoid pulldowns. Coffee mach was empty too many people using 20 oz. travel mugs! The rotating door was troublesome. Serious constant cold drafts in Lobby. OK it was 15 deg out... May have been good to get an incentive to go in Vics it seemed kind of quiet from outside not a lot of activity telling me it may not have been exceptional?

I loved the location. The restaurant was also wonderful. Friendly staff. Room was big (but not as clean as I'd have liked).

You had to sign up to be a Hilton member (free of charge) in order to get some free amenities like water and slippers They actually first told us they don't have slippers but after we were offered the membership they magically found us some. The slippers were stained, unfortunately. They also didn't have a comb and we needed to request dental kit. I would have preferred they had these things ready to go.

Great location! Very centrally located within walking distance to great restaurant area. Although parking was a but pricey very simple and convenient to get in and out.

Hotel staff that checked us in looked like she would rather have been anywhere but at work. She was short and did not inform of any check in information such as breakfast on property. It was in the low 50’s which is unseasonable warm for December but hotel only had heat on so our room was extremely warm and we did not have an option to put AC which make sleeping at night very uncomfortable

The stay in the room was amazing. The bed was large and the room was perfect. We had a nice view as well. A perfect night overall.

Check in process messages through 3rd party companies. My wife was told she couldn't check into the hotel even though I left a message saying she would be the person checking in. I also gave her the confirmation email. They let her check in because she knew our home address since it was part of the information I used to book. Doesn't make sense that the actual confirmation number could not be used but a home address can. Just a poor experience during the check in process.

So close to everything. We walked the Federal Hill and the concert we were going to was literally out the door and down the stairs to the arena next door.

I don’t feel like we should’ve been charged $35 for parking. I thought that was a little ridiculous.

I was traveling alone and I felt safe and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and easily engaged. They greeted me with open arms, check on me when I returned from my day, and even walked me to the restaurant ( so I could find it easier)

Perfect location to walk anywhere

The overall experience at the Hilton in Providence was enjoyable that resulted in a comfortable stay during our weekend vacation. The staff was helpful and was able to help with any questions or reasonable requests while we were in our room. The room atmosphere was also comfortable with a larger size television compared to most hotels and a desk in the two-bedroom room.

There are a few details that could be improved at this location including an in-room refrigerator or informing the guest that a mini fridge is available during check-in (we didn't realize this until our second day), a more complete breakfast buffet, or a continental breakfast all week with more staff, only one person was working in the morning when we checked out on Monday, and possibly redesigning the lobby that could look better. The lobby was attractive when first entering the hotel but there are sections that look unused or empty compared to how they were initially designed before covid and possibly other changes throughout the years.

Location was good as we could get to restaurants easily. We were a group of 7 (2cars) Car park was also good as there is direct access to lobby. The staff was quite helpful

Parking on site was very expensive, but we found free on-street parking.

Lounge space could have been better.

There are a lot of bad reviews for this property, but if you go in not expecting something new/pristine and knowing you will have to pay for parking, it’s perfectly adequate and the location is perfect. The staff allowed me to keep my car in the garage after checkout so we could go have lunch without looking for parking. 👍
