The location was great for the purpose of the trip. They provided ample towels when asked and housekeeping came when requested. The front desk lady was super sweet!!

When we booked it stated breakfast included, breakfast was not included. Pictures showed a couch in room, no couch in rooms. We got two rooms, first room was fine, the second we could not get in and had to get the room moved because the key cards would not let us in. It was a lot on the very first night.

No breakfast at motel. Coupons available to nearby restaurants. It was nice to buy our ferry tickets and tickets for the Island here ahead at discount prices.

Midnight party loud enough to disturb sleep the second night. Lobby locked in morning when we left. Could not leave room keys in office.

The staff were very nice. The pool and hot tub were kept clean and were nice sized. The location was within walking distance of both ferries to the island.

The only big downside was there being no breakfast included, which was advertised on Booking.com.

Jodie-Kay was our housekeeper and she kept our rooms clean and ready. The room was facing the lake and we had a good view of the sunrise first thing in the morning . We could not ask for anything better

The staff and location were excellent. The back porch was a wonderful surprise . The hotel could use a little updating but room was clean

The overwhelming pool smell - musty - could be improved upon .

The Breakfast was nonexistent. Please don’t advertise there is going to be breakfast. You have a lot of other thing going for you.

customer service was outstanding!!!!!! friendly staff, very interactive! Main areas were clean and outside beach area was clean and nice. ice machine worked great! our room was clean. loved the beach area with lounge chairs amd fire pits. peaceful sunrises!

the rooms need a little care, ours the fridge wasn’t working, the sliding screen door was broke. the carpet had holes in it. there was no cord for the clock. this could be an amazing property with room maintenance. The patio outside our room could use a little table with the chairs.

The convenience of the location. We had family staying at the mackinaw mill creek campground, only 3 miles away. I would probably stay again.
