I like the shower and toilet all in one room and it LARGE (not a cracker box situation). Shower head was very nice. I like the sink outside of the toilet/shower area. Nice flat screen TV. Parking lot was REALLY bright and well lit. Bed comfortable - Great front desk person

This is a non smoking room & building but the top blanket / cover had cigarette holes in it. It did not smell and was clean. Shower curtain did not stay like it should and so water was all over the floor. I do NOT like the bowed out curtain bar. I think people hang on it and then ruin it.

The pillows were exceptionally poofy and there were many of them. I even got a sofa chair. The soap was organic and smelled great. It was in a cubby from the main road so everything was quiet. Walking distance from food/shopping plaza and across the street from the airport. The Continental breakfast had a fresh waffle maker. I'm havin waffles! There was even a heated indoor pool! :D

The room was very clean and smelled nice. The young man who checked me in late at night was very nice. It was quiet so I was able to get the rest I needed to continue my road trip. The mattress was very comfortable.

It was near enough to Drake University, where we were going for a lecture.

Waffle machine never really works well. It's not well attended and usually needs spray oil which this didn't have. Coffee's too strong.

It was ok. The dining room was cute and clean. The hotel was only a few minutes away from the venue we went to. Our room was clean and comfortable and slept good.

Maybe a few more choices for breakfast like instant oatmeal and fruit would be a suggestion.

Parking was easy. Pool was perfect!

There were no elevators. I am disabled and it was difficult to carry my bags upstairs. My boyfriend asked the front desk for toilet paper. The attendant said, "What am I supposed to do about it?" My boyfriend said to locate a roll of toilet paper. After a couple of minutes, he was given a roll. It was a disappointing situation. Usually, there is an extra roll in the bathroom. There wasn't.

Asked Staff to refill waffle mix and waited …… I then thought ok, it’s on the other side of the hotel, so I will pop in some toast 👍

Staff never returned to refill the waffle machine and there was no jelly or peanut butter for the toast…..

Sparse front desk, breakfast amiss. Eggs missing, then eggs cold, waffle batter liquidy so couldn’t use. All got better when the Mexican lady showed up at 7;30

hospitallity was great. I mistakenly went to Days in by University in West Des Moines very rude and unable to assistg. Glad I went to wrong one because our stay at this one was very nice clean and easy to get to. We had to book a room for two days as I was having surgery and a huge snow storm was coming in. The place was a grand place to stay.

Nice rooms and pleasant staffà, It's the only place I'll stay when I come to town

The fact that as soon as the week end came the rate went from $55.00 to $140.00 a day
