I liked the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is near a number of big stores. I liked the staff. The receptionists were very good and professional except for one who checked us in. She was not pleasant - unfortunately i did not get her name but she is a young lady who speaks spanish. The 2 chefs were excellent and very friendly. The cleaners were very good and polite despite their english language barrier

I did not like the monotony of the breakfast menu. We had the same things the 6 days we were there. Security of the room area needs to be improved from the elevators. Guests should be using their guest cards in the elevator. That way, strangers will not be able to access the floors where the rooms are. Lastly the phone in our room was not working. Everytime we wanted something, we had to walk down.

It was comfortable, cozy, felt like home.

I had to ask for soap, for hair conditioning, for the bathroom mat, for toilette paper. I mean, they did the room service every day, but didn’t realize we ran out of some products. We noticed they didn’t replace what was missing, at night when we came back to the hotel, but at nights they didn’t have anybody to go to our room and give what we asked for, so we had to come down and take what we needed. That happened 3 nights from the 7 that we stayed there. They also don’t have laundry service, and when asked if they could give the laundry to a pick up wash and fold service that I called, they said no. I had to take the laundry to this wash and fold service by myself, because it would be a waste of time to wait at the hotel for the pick up service to arrive.

Breakfast was phenomenal! Staff was very attentive and sweet. Security deposit was $30/$50 (i don’t remember) a night? Was able to pay with debit though. Location was awesome, but the pool was not open during second half of stay, but still nice it to sit out! Everything was so nice and well thought of, there was even an adult slumber party that was cute! Very social in the AM during my stay. 10/10 will be staying here again!!

only downside was one day the room wasn’t cleaned (meaning fresh towels, cups, etc.) and the room was a bit of moisture in the room so we had to keep ac on.

We liked breakfast but being Indian vegetarian we couldn't find dishes of our choice.

We are not at all satisfied with your staff at reception as first they tried to overcharge us as far as room tariff was concern by almost $ 100 & alloted a room which was for 2adults whereas we were 4 adults. Again at the time of check out the same problem they raised about room tariff and we encountered lots of harrassment with your manager who accused us of checking in a day earlier than the actual one. But later on he confessed his mistake and then we felt the sigh of relief. We had a gift of cockroach in the toilet when we checked in which was solved later on. To sum up we are unsatisfied with the behaviour of your front desk staff.

I really liked the room setup, with a separate sofa seating area apart from the "bedroom" area. Felt more spacious than standard hotel room. Having the additional sink, with refrigerator, were very useful. I also liked the walk-in shower (no tub/shower combo with curtain). The room was very clean. We had our dog with us (25 lb poodle mix) and he was comfortable in his first hotel experience. Breakfast was good, not great: real eggs, potatoes, and sausage/bacon, along with other options (fruit, breads, instant oatmeal, more). Bed was comfortable - quite firm, pretty standard for hotel mattress.

Good location, very nice staff, spacious rooms

Dallas tollway is just West of the building. We could hear traffic most of the night. Next time we would definitely request a room facing East. The A/C window unit vents are fixed and produce an air flow directly over the bed. My wife did not like that.

Location. Feels like we were within 30 mins to anywhere we want to go. Very nice neighborhood. A lot of restaurants nearby. Theres a grocery store next door. Coffee shop like Starbucks and Einstein Bagel too, walking distance.

The hotel is outdated . I never liked carpeted hotels because of the smell. It can use some renovation in the future maybe.

location was good and quiet sleeping. Nice breakfast with pleasant & attentive staff.

Reception staff busy eating upon our arrival - not greeted with a smile. Room location was close to elevator after I asked receptionist to place us away from the elevator.

LOVED, LOVED the breakfast! Delicious and served promptly daily. Location was close to many great restaurants and close enough to visit surrounding attractions. Staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Bar closes at midnight on the weekends.

Only negative, personally, was that there are no lounge chairs at the pool to lay out and get some sunrays.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious, breakfast was plentiful.

If I have to pick a negative, it would be that the flow of the lobby could be improved. The check-in desk is in an awkward spot..sort of between the breakfast area and the tables. You have to carry food past guests checking in or out to sit and eat. But it is a very minor complaint.
