The location is gorgeous. There’s a pier with stairs that lets you into the water. The grounds are gorgeous and you see lizards sunbathing. The staff was excellent. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the groundskeepers, they all made our stay wonderful. The staff even cut open coconuts so we could have the water and fruit inside. We will stay here again. Thank you, Natalie, Marcie, Nayeli, Jarod, and Verano for all your hard work.

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything, but get the rooms with AC if you run hot. There are some rooms with without AC, but they have fans.

The location is so beautiful, and the pool is great, with views of the ocean. The air conditioner in our room was a brand new heat pump, which we loved.

I would've preferred if the house keeping staff came in to clean our bathroom more often. We were staying for over a week, so it was quite dirty.

Location, size and comfort of rooms, beachfront pool, chicken wings.

Needs cushions on all chairs, needs to finish the beach, needs more access to cold drinking water.

I like how clean everything was, how fast and nice the works are and overall how beautiful the place looked

It was a bit far from town, but it was good apart from that

Room furniture is dated in most units. Kitchenettes could be upgraded and have more plates & cutlery.

The units are quaint…but also a little worn down and dated. There was never anyone at the office over the weekend. You can only get drinking water by 5 gallon jug.

Bar was very close to the rooms. Nice setup and very accommodating staff.

Was not fond of the Karaoke and loud music but that was just me. Not a huge issue.

Nice pool, nice bar, very nice landscaping. Very "beachy" feel to the room. Staff was great.

Beach had the sargassum seaweed ruining the ambiance by smelling up the area.

right on beach w/ access to local /bar /restaurant. the staff at Royal Caribbean were great,especially Marci who not only took care of any needs with housekeeping, would manage food deliverys & any other needs while on your stay. Felt like i had a family member to look out & handle things. definately stay with Royal Caribbean.

only down side was wifi. hard to stay connected & tv was same . vert sketchy & unpredictable.
