Great location, could walk to a lot of places. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with everything we needed - coffee, drinking water. The staff were awesome. Loved the restaurant on the property, great food and staff.

Even though I enjoyed my stay, the price point was a little high. My first time in San Pedro so perhaps there is somewhere a little less $$.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating. They communicated with me before arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. They also helped with arranging taxis and tours and giving suggestions of sites to visit.The room itself was comfortable and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. The location was close to the beach but central enough that we could walk to restaurants and the supermarket. It was also nice having a kitchen and microwave in the room for those times that we didn't want to eat out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again.

The pool was a bit small

We loved the location of this hotel. It was right in the heart of San Pedro. We could walk to almost everything in town. The staff were so helpful and kind. They arranged a golf cart for us for a day, they arranged snorkeling for us, they arranged a massage for us. Anything we asked for they helped with. The bar staff were fantastic. They knew our room and just added drinks to our tab as we asked for them. We had an ocean front room and we loved that. We sat out front and enjoyed the view every day. The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and we loved having a drinking water pitcher that we could fill up and keep cold in the frig at all times.

The only negative I would say is that the ocean isn't really swimmable here. Most everything along this side of the island in San Pedro doesn't have a great beach. You can walk along, but you didn't see people in the water. At bars or resorts that had long piers you would see people swimming out further, but not in close. So if you want to walk out of your room and go swimming, then you better pick a different hotel.

The location is great. Close to restaurants, groceries, entertainment, and ferry terminal. Rooms are spacious, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We particularly appreciated the help that Omega gave us. She is a wonderful asset to this hotel.

The kitchen equipment needs to be updated, particularly pots, frying pans, and bowls. The frying pans are all scratched and peeling. The pots were probably the cheapest they could find and are thin bottomed and battered. They need to do better. Also, the toaster did not pop up on its own and always burned the toast.

The hotel is conveniently centrally located in San Pedro which allowed us to walk around to the various restaurants and shops without having to rent a golf cart. The hotel is also two blocks away from the Caribbean Sprinter water taxi which was very convenient too. The staff are very friendly, the facilities were clean, and the room was very comfortable. There is a book swap if you finish your book, towels were provided, and the AC was the best we've experienced in Belize.

Water is provided but it has a strong chlorine taste so we purchased our own water.

Location is in town and pretty free of noise. There was not much sea grass as a lot of the east facing beaches have. The dive boats picked us up at our dock in front. Everyone there was helpful. The property is well kept, except the pool will need resurfacing soon, but that is so minor. The staff were always helpful and fast. We were diving so we wanted to use a wash bin and it was out of order. So they got someone out and set it up for us same day. There are so many places walking distance to eat, shop, whatever. And I did not expect full kitchens, which we had.

Nothing worth mentioning. They can't control the city power. They can't really control the sea grass issue that plagues Mexico and Belize. But they did well for their beach. Some stuff is a bit worn but it's not priced as the Four Seasons.

Clean, good facilities in the room and really good shower with hot water. You get pool/ beach towels to use during your stay. Central to the main town. Like the beach bit directly next to the hotel with comfy sun loungers.

We had a room with a bed and a sofa bed and the sofa wasn’t very comfortable. Ok for one or two nights. There’s also construction happening opposite the hotel at the moment which can be quite noisy.

Nice accommodations with comfortable bed and working A/C. We got an ocean suite I think our room was 106 and the view from the balcony was incredible. Plus it was convenient to be on the first floor because we had access to the pool, Jambel Jerk Pit, and the beach. This was perfect especially at night when we wanted to walk along the beach and feel the breeze. The room comes with a nice kitchen area and full size fridge with a pitcher for cold, filtered water provided by the hotel. There was a TV but we didn't feel the need to use it since there's so much to do on the island. The suites are right in the middle of the city so we were walking distance from pretty much everything we wanted to see! The staff was also super nice and helpful!

The bathroom area was a bit small especially the counter space, but it didn't take away from the comfort of the room at all!

Room was very clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfy. The shower had good water pressure. I liked that the hotel had a restaurant that you could order room service and the food was pretty good. The front desk was very helpful and booked all of my excursions. Location of hotel is conveniently walking distance to many shops and close to ferry.

Obviously no control of the hotel, but the mosquitoes there are relentless....bring your bug repellent!

We had a blast at Sunbreeze Suites. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Everyone was great. We were able to walk to a lot of places from this location. They have a security guard that stays through the night so that made us feel safe. We would definitely stay here again when visiting.
