We were there for a model train convention. There was a free buffet breakfast which was ok, but the banquet was really impressive. Three meat entrees, green beans that were not over cooked, and finally an amazing chocolate cake. The pool was nice too, although only the men's shower has hot water (it locks though so use it, ladies).

v The room was fine, but watch out for the hot water! One guest scalded his arm and it was quite red.

The bed is extremely comfortable.

The bathroom...needs help! The tub had mold and dirt around it, there was no drain in the tub and the water ran down very slowly. I was standing in water while showering. The toilet had to be flushed a few times for everything to go down. The bathroom sink also drained very slowly. Peeling wall paper in the bathroom.

The location was great for going to Mohegan Sun for a show. Ate at the sports bar for supper & restaurant for breakfast and both were excellent.

We took the shuttle to the casino which was excellent. The one thing that would help was a step stool to get into the van. The step is very high a lady using a Walker had a hard time getting in & also my husband is legally blind & found it hard to step up.

the property outside was clean and well taken care of. the inside of the hotel was clean to a point due to it needing to be updated throughout.

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. There breakfast I would recommend good food great value for a guy from Ny. I don’t know about the value if you where coming from another state ? but for me it was good. I am also a handicap individual that they had great parking for me as well as east accessible entrance and rooms.

The staff were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable . The food at the sports bar was great.

Getting back from the casino using the shuttle bus it wasn't clear which one was for the holiday inn. There were some there at the pick up point that were similar. So I ended up taking an uber because I wasn't sure when the shuttle bus was going to get there or if it arrived and I just missed it. But it wasn't a big enough downer to ruin the experience of the stay.

Lindsay was a great host. Sharing with me what was in the area etc. provided all of the info I needed for the duration of my stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave. I’ll be back soon though.

I was very happy with my stay, the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was excellent. I enjoyed my nightcap in the bar and Sharon was very accommodating. The shuttle to Mohegan ran like clockwork on the 1/2 hour.

The only problems I had was my room had a cigarette smoke smell to it, the power went out due to an accident but thats not the hotels fault.

Staff is top shelf. The room was clean ... most important to me. I ate twice at the Sports Bar and the food was very good & the bartender was very friendlf. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

Room 209's desk chair was missing a wheel. Shower could be better. Water pressure was low and the shower unit needs to be replaced. You can't position it.

Booking.com really messed up my stay but the staff at the Holiday Inn were amazing! I wanted 2 queen beds as I was staying with a friend and when we got there...there was no such arrangement. Turns out booking had an option that said "If available on day of booking" and I didn't see that. Onil at the front desk, was the only person I spoke with and he was amazing. He explained to me what happened and offered to comp me in any way he could. he completely turned my experience around. We will most defintely be staying there again!

Breakfast was a little chaotic but they offered a buffet and a la carte menu, so you had many options!

staff was very friendly and super helpful. room was clean and comfortable. I will highly recommend this hotel.

had to wait for room to be ready but the hotel supplied beverages and kept us updated on delay.
