I especially liked the friendly, helpful staff. You can put up with a lot when the staff is above par but the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast very good also. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The only thing I would improve might be the light in the room. The room darkening curtain did not close completely and a good amount of light came in from outside. There were also little lights on the microwave, TV, thermostat, cooler/heater, as well as light coming under the door and in through the peek holes in the door. But I sleep best in near total darkness so maybe others would overlook these.

The check-in was very warm. Ricardo Rivera and his colleague gave us a great reception. The room was spacious and the hotel is very well located, in the main avenue of the city. The breakfast was also much better then another hotel from the same chain that we stayed a couple of days before (although of course it is a very limited breakfast in terms of healthy options). It was a great value for money overall, a well managed hotel!

Nothing to stand out. Perhaps the limited options of the breakfast, but you get what you pay for. For those who stay outside the main building, perhaps the extra walking should be a burdensome.

We had a death in the family & had to change plans. We had to cancel our reservations. But we will be there in the next month, hopefully. I talked to Jamie at the front desk. She took care of our cancelation. I asked about the stuff we had planned for there. She had lots of information. She was very pleasant to talk to! Because of her, when I reschedule our trip, I will definitely be staying there. 😊

Comfort, cleanliness, staff, shuttle, location, breakfast, gift shop, everything.

If there was anything, it was the inability to get a 2nd blanket the 1st night. (Not for warmth but to avoid blanket wars with husband.) The facility was full, so I understand.

No elevator

The price was excellent, and the hotel staff were professional and caring. The General Manager T.J.Blair was an exceptional host. Joanie, the breakfast nook, hostesses kind and courteous. If I were their supervisor I would give them all a raise.

We did not participate in the free breakfast on this trip.

Our door key had issues unlocking the door. Maintenance did check into it but they couldn't totally alleviate the problem. Also, parking was cramped in the lower building lot..

We loved the room, the bathroom, very modern and everything comfortable. Very nice breakfast: yoghurt, toast, cereals, eggs, sausage, coffee, waffles… really nice better than expected. Attention was great. Really recommend it.

The location was excellent. Numerous restaurants and sites were nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Good value for the price. My husband and I had planned to stay two nights but found the hotel so comfortable and convenient that we extended our stay for three additional nights.

Breakfast could have had more variety. However it was adequate. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Location was perfect. Beautiful views. Breakfast was amazing. Room was a good size. The shower was the best we’ve had in a long time from hotels. Pressure and temp of the water were perfect. Staff was very friendly.
