Conveniently located very near Pontorson train station. The room is spacious & very cozy. I also appreciate that you can close/open the window shutters outside for blackout. Bed is really comfortable & the room has a cable tv with English channels. Breakfast was really good.

I agree with some of the comments here about the shower situation. While I appreciate having a bathtub, I prefer a proper enclosed shower area because you need to hold the telephone shower & you have to be careful when showering. Otherwise, you’ll end up with a very wet bathroom. Nonetheless, I would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Mont Saint Michel.

We could do a early check in and the hotel staff allowed us to leave luggage from Afternoon till evening, after we checked out. The flexibility and the behaviour of the hotel staff was really nice.

Everything was good here. No reccommendations as such. The only reccommendation can be for days when the tempeartures are really high, they should have a provision for a fan.

It was perfect! We made a spontaneous reservation and they were ready when we arrived 20 minutes later. We got a room at there collaboration hotel "Victor Hugo". Staff were at both places. Breakfast was good. Bed was perfect. Bathroom was perfect. It also has a little bar and lounge area. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

I have nothing to complain about.

Very pleasant garden we could sit in and have a drink.

Would have preferred shower fixed to the wall and with a shower curtain or screen, rather than hand held over the bath. The wc was separate from the bathroom and would have preferred a hand basin in with it.

The room and ensuite bathroom was very spacious. There were lots of channels on the TV There was foldable luggage table for my bag. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lovely garden to sit in and it was close the train station.

There was no hook for the shower head if you wanted a shower instead of a bath.

Hôtel Ariane & SPA is a clean and comfortable hotel nicely located with respect to the main street of Pontorson. Many restaurants, cafes and shops are within short walking distances. The staff were friendly and helpful, and street parking was rather easy and convenient to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location - such a pretty little town with a selection of very nice restaurants and bakeries. Nice clean rooms, and EXCELLENT breakfast.

Only small criticism is the showers - there’s nowhere to hook the shower head.

We had a triple room and a little bath, so my 3 yrs old child wad very happy bathtimes in the evenings, that made my life easier :)

My dream hotel would be that I can wash some cloth and hang them to dry somewhere, but hotels seem to work against it. Even the hangers were without hook. :)

Location to train and bus Breakfast was good

No tea making facilities in room Very narrow and dark stair access. Lift was broken and taking luggage down in poorly lit narrow steps that wind down was dangerous

This is a traditional, clean hotel with a traditional breakfast service. The room was cozy in a old fashioned way, and the staff were professional and kind.

The garden shown on the pictures didn’t seem to be available for the regular customers. The room didn’t have a shower. There was a shower head in the bath tub but nowhere to fasten the shower head. And no shower curtain.
