If you are looking for a high end boutique hotel in the hearth of the old Tbilisi, this is the place to stay. The hotel interior is beautiful and the room spacious. Breakfast is very well balanced.

The overall service has been not up to standard (value for money). Staff at reception is at time dismissive. The cleaning process has been very slow: at check-in, the room was ready only at 4 pm - the second day, we came back to the hotel at 3 pm and the room was not yet clean. The gym is actually a underground room sometimes used by staff for praying /personal activities.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel is a special pleasant exception. Everything about it is wonderful! We stayed at the hotel during the May holidays, and thanks to the Hotel, the holiday turned out to be wonderful. The hotel is located in a prime location, in the very center of the old city of Tbilisi. The hotel is completely new, just after renovation, very stylish design. The hotel is located in an old building, but combined with modern design, the result is a mix of history and comfortable modernity. The room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast is a special one: every morning there are different variations of the menu. The hotel has a perdonsl bar, the cocktails are very tasty and unique, it also has its own terrace, and you feel like you are in the very center of Tbilisi, but as if in your own separate safe world. Special thanks to the Hotel staff for their hospitality and attentiveness. Thanks to their care and attention, you feel like a very important guest. I highly recommend the Hotel. Thank you and see you soon!

We like abolutely everything!

Nice laconic interior, good location, great manager’s work.

The room didn’t matched booking pictures (the room area was small, not 23 sq m as indicated when booking. Maximum 15 sq.m.). We arrived at night and were given a key that did not open the door. We had to go to the reception to change it. Then we came inside and saw the room square, showed the reception worker from reservation pictures, which did not match our room. There was also no toilet paper in the room. Next day the manager changed our room and upgraded the category which is a big thanks for it 🙌🏻 However 3 workers tried to convince me that the room was right. I ask to hotel management to check the pictures and measure information on booking.com to do not mislead visitors

Hotel was brand new and clean. Hotel's manager is a very friendly woman who has called me once she saw my review and offered a refund and a free night in this hotel. She explained that while the hotel is brand new they are still tweaking some things and working to get a proper team assembled and that she would deal with that rude person. Great to see that your feedback is valued

The Russian speaking guy at reception was very rude. Literally asked us what was our problem when we were looking for a booking reference number. However, I was contacted by a Hotel's manager who was very friendly, apologised and offered us a complete refund while promised that this would never happen to anyone anymore. Hotel is based on a very noisy street. There was live music till 1 am and music in a hotel hall was so loud that I had to put my earplugs in for it to finally get quiet.

Brand new, very clean, friendly staff.

As friends we booked separately. I booked first, and I found out during the stay that my room which was the same style as my friends was considerably more expensive per night. I brought this to the staff’s attention at checkout and they said that there had been problems with pricing and they would raise it with the management. I haven’t heard anything from them as yet. This was the only bad thing about my experience.

Everything!!! This is a gem in the heart of Old Town Tbilisi. The building is a former caravanserai so there is much history to it. I loved how they have carefully restored it and how they have maintained its character while at the same time blending in some modern touches. Our rooms were a good size, well appointed and our windows looked out to the busy restaurant streets on one side and on the other-- shops with rugs hanging from the windows and a glimpse of the Bridge of Peace and the Kura River. The bed was comfortable, I also loved that they put cushions by the window which allowed me to just sit and watch the activities on the street below. Breakfast was excellent, with many choices, and well presented. Coffee was also very good! The wait staff are attentive, friendly and obviously well-trained. The breakfast place was at the basement/underground floor and the brick ceiling and columns added to the vibe of this beautiful hotel. Location can't be beat!!! It straddles three main roads, restaurants are literally a step out of the hotel. Just right outside is even a 24hr restaurant! Just so many choices for food, wine shops and souvenir shopping. There was a currency exchange shop across the street, which in my stay in Georgia had the best rate from among those I got my euros exchanged. We were just walking down one street exploring and after turning a corner, it was already the Bridge of Peace, so we just crossed over to Rike Park and got on tbe cable car to Narikala Fortress. On the other side of the hotel is their outdoor restaurant and across it is the Zion Cathedral. Walking down this side leads you to another group of restaurants, the Tblisi National Museum and to Meidan Square and further to Abanotubani. Everything was all just an easy (albeit cobblestoned) walk away! The hotel staff was just perfect. Everybody was really well-trained, courteous, speaks good English, attentive and helpful.

Nothing at all. Our room had a different configuration so the bathroom was not a regular shape. The rainshower was not enclosed so water would splash to the area near the lavatory and the floor would be a little wet. But in the other room, it was regular configuration. But this was not a big issue at all. It was quirky even. But I thought to put it here coz I know of some people who hate their bathroom floors wet. 😄 Oh I also didn't like that they were fully booked when we decided to extend our stay for another 3 days and just cancel the next hotel we were going to stay in. LOL!! Love love love this hotel!!! I cannot recommend this enough.

The property is newly renovated and would say brand new. The location is suburb you couldn’t ask for better and is located right in the middle of old town. The breakfast is great and varied and the rooms are large with lots of space and natural light. The design is great and with a few bits of attention to detail will be amazing. Overall I would stay here again and enjoyed my 3 days here. The front office staff are very helpful. My suggestions below are for management to consider while they organise themselves after their first month open how they can improve for the best.

Housekeeping - while super friendly ladies unfortunately cleaning rooms at 5-6pm is just a bit strange. It would make more sense to clean the rooms while guests are out exploring during the day and are not in the rooms getting ready for dinner. Front door - please consider automating it as it’s heaving and can be a pain opening and closing all the time with each exit. Lobby - consider along the lobby entrance having some seating for guests and maybe music playing also t on make it more welcoming Restaurant outside - I was ignored by 3 staff before getting a table and then forgotten about. I can see the new rhythm of the hotel hasn’t settled yet but they need to be more attentive to customers as I actually walked away and went to another restaurant

It is really up to all the international standards! The best things I loved: *the veranda with amazing view and bathtub which we really enjoyed *the breakfast was delicious and the staff at the breakfast venue was very attentive and kind *housekeeping service was excellent! They even folded my clothes ❤️ *the location! Really really perfect! + they have live music everyday

Only one key - need to give two keys as we are two guests and it was inconvenient Bathroom door does not have a lock But those are such small details that don’t spoil anything as it is really excellent

I loved Tbilisi because of this Hotel I had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, both at the reception, the security/Helper and the café. Special thanks to the reception team for their warm welcome and assistance throughout our stay, and to the café staff for their excellent service and delicious offerings. Our room was comfortable, and the balcony view was spectacular. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come again.
