We loved the space in the apartment, the lovely balcony, pool area and gardens are kept immaculate. Brilliant idea to give a bbq cleaning bucket when you use the communal bbq’s. The apartment had everything we needed. Derek on reception was lovely, really helpful. We did a boat trip with Blue Dolphin tours to see Dolphins, it was the best, and we saw lots of dolphins. We were so well looked after, swam from the boat to K’Gari. Jodie, Pete and Cassie went over and above, picking us up from hotel and keeping us well fed and watered. We also did a day on K’Gari with Fraser tours, just the best day ever in the off road bus. Expensive but worth every single penny. An experience we will never forget.

The young lady at reception was lovely and friendly. Very welcoming. After hearing about the flood trouble the place was lovely and clean. Great parking space. The unit was brilliant. Lots of space. Clean and the bed was comfortable. Best thing was the recliner chairs in front of the tv. So comfy, just like home. 👌 Great location to cafes and restaurants. 👍

Just a suggestion, not a complaint. A long mirror would be good. Maybe a KS doona on the QS so two people have enough coverage. Maybe a box of tissues in the bathroom.

The location, staff and pool were great. The pool was great for those who need an easy entry and exit from the pool. The restaurant at the hotel, Palavas Les Flots was fantastic, the best carbonara I have ever had. It is not for those in a hurry as the food is freshly made. You need time to relax and enjoy the experience. The hotel was clean.

The bed in the unit was uncomfortable and had that roll-together issue. There isn't an air conditioner in the bedroom. The floor tiles that go from the front door to the kitchen feel and sound like they are not attached to the floor. In a couple of places the tiles were cracked and lifted.

Beautiful large two bedroom apartment with super comfy beds. Excellent location with the beach just across the road and the shops a short walk away. Staff were super friendly and nothing was a bother. We enjoyed an unsolicited upgrade and when we asked for a late check out it was no problem.

The wifi dropped out a bit so we bought a wifi extender and that helped. The inline fan in the bathroom was in need of a clean

Chose the apartments as they were right opposite the beach. Check in was easy as we were late and staff phoned to advise of procedures. Easy. Room was as we expected. Very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Individual car park allocated to the unit great, even a spot to wash a very dirty car. Trolleys available to transfer luggage from the car park lift to our room. Excellent stay. I left an article in the room and staff were fantastic to mail it home to me.

I would have rated this property a 10/10 but the apartment furniture (except the beds) was just too uncomfortable. The property and it's location were excellent, the view was great. It was great having parking on site and despite our allocated car space being tighter than Wilson Parking in Melbourne CBD Carolyn kindly allowed us to use another space park in. Check in and out was very easy. The facilities were amazing, and most importantly whilst the complex was full it, you couldn't really hear the neighbours at all, and pool guests left at curfew so we were surrounded by very very respectful holidayers. - perfect! We would definitely book again and request the same floor but perhaps another apartment that has more comfy furniture.

The furniture (not the beds) - just too uncomfortable. old cushions needing to be replaced and just too thin (you could feel the frame on the indoor and outdoor furniture. Shame, as this was the only down side to our stay.

Everything was neat and tidy. They had dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, washing powder. All very self-contained. Pool was exceptional as was the spa. They had pool noodles and floaties available for use by guests. Tennis court is well kept. Basketball hoop and bbq well maintained. They have balls and racquets available in the reception area if you don’t have.

Can’t complain

Location is good, right on the Esplanade. The pool is heated in winter which is lovely. Huge apartment, plenty of room for everyone. Everything was relatively clean too - except cutlery and crockery.

Reception staff refused to give us a few spare towels so the kids could use the pool - the excuse what that "laundry is our biggest cost - so we can do this, but you'll have to pay us $5 per towel". Which hotel does that these days? We paid enough for the room, I can't see why that would be an issue. The crockery and cutlery in the apartment was dirty. Weird, because there's a massive sign on the cupboard stating that if you don't do your own dishes and clean up your own rubbish, you'll be charged a cleaning fee. Clearly the previous users had not cleaned up after them really all that well. I wonder if they were charged this so-called cleaning fee.

The property did not falsely advertise what it offered. It was within walking distance of shopping and eating destinations. It was very secure.

When showering, water got all over the floor since there was no door to keep water from escaping. Water did not dry from floor. It was hard to close apartment door quietly. There was no way to do it because of design of door.

I really like the unit I was in. The balcony was lovely . It was spacious & lovely plants around it . Great outdoor table chairs & sun lounges . The Bed was great too . The televisions were a good size . The gardens were so well kept & the pool looked sparkling & clean .
