Staff and owners were superb and very helpful and friendly! The location is superb down the quieter end of the Esplanade. Its also a quiet apartment block, very little noise, and so felt private and peaceful. There was ample outside or basement undercover parking. The balcony views (from level 2 where I was) were serenely peaceful out to the street and bay opposite - people watching walking or jogging by day, or the sound of rolling waves all night was lovely. The apartment was stocked with every utensil needed along with ample plates cutlery glasses cups tea towels etc. Also a large fridge and freezer not just a bar fridge was a nice surprise. The washer and dryer were excellent - no need to bring endless clothes you can wash and dry every night if wanted (although you get a starter pack of washing powder, I bought a small pack of wash powder for my 2 week stay). The balcony is excellent for drying clothes in the sun as well (nice north east aspect), and is a nice private space to relax as well. The king size bed was extremely comfortable - unlike other places that put 2 x king singles together to make a king, this was actually a king sized bed! The pillows were excellent as well, various types. The TV with access to Netlfix, Prime, etc was superb (I caught up on some old movies I hadn't seen). The only thing missing was oven mits (so I purchased some cheap ones at the supermarket and left as my donation for the future). The pool was very private and nice, although I only walked in up to the knees I will take a swim in it next time. The Indian Restaurant downstairs was excellent as well, such a treat to just go downstairs and pick up takeaway. Many great restaurants nearby as well. I will always come back here. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay more than anywhere else I've ever stayed!

Lack of Luggage Racks: The room did not include any luggage racks, which made it harder to organize our bags during the stay. A simple addition that would greatly improve convenience. Bathrooms were a bit dated. No Dishwasher: We were aware of this when booking, but having it would be helpful, especially for longer stays.

Fantastic resort! Apartments are perfect for longer, comfortable stays! The apartment was clean and spacious with a gorgeous view! Lots of great extras included- Netflix, washer machine & dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils/crockery, aircons in all spaces as well as ceiling fans, charging block, bbq area, just to name a few. Exceeded my expectations. The pool was a big highlight for me, as well as the location! Staff are all friendly & extremely helpful. Peaceful escape. Would 100% recommend and will be back!

Cant fault anything, only suggestion for longer stays, it would be nice to have a few extra complimentary stapples, e.g, toilet paper, coffee, milk, etc. (Bottles of water would be a great addition) But it's walkable distance to foodworks, so there was no issue.

Impressed by the cleanliness of unit which came with everything we needed for our week stay. Close to beach with water views and easy access to walking tracks. Shops and restaurants very close by and pool and tennis court activities were offered on the property. Parking available onsite in undercover basement. Staff were friendly and helpful both before and when we arrived.

Don’t have any major dislikes - maybe just that the couch in lounge area was a little uncomfortable but we used lots of cushions!

Was noisy in bedroom whilst sleeping. Every time someone used water from upstairs apartment (or possibly next door) you could hear the sound of rushing water and it was so loud it woke you up every time someone possibly flushed a toilet in the night) also could hear people talking in other rooms at 5.30 am so no sleep ins happened past that time.

Being located across the road from the beach and close to cafes and restaurants, it was great. Check out the Indian Restaurant on site and the fabulous pizzas and Italian pastries from Santini's next door!

The road noise, especially on the weekend was not great. It sounded like every motorbike in Queensland was parading up and down the Esplanade as well lots of classic cars. Also, the rowdy neighbors coming home at 2am "under the weather" and disturbing other guests, but otherwise all was good.

BEACH DIRECTLY OVER THE ROAD. Fabulous view. Best beach area. Best suburb. The Indian restaurant is very good. Has some of the perks of a resort, namely restaurant on site, Netflix, tv in bedroom, teapot, coffee plunger and even a face washer! Carpeted throughout and the carpets were well cared for/clean.

My towel was "old" smelling and thin and a bit yellowish. Probably school holidays rush on linen? The linen laundry service company might need to know. Our room was right next to the restaurant and the pool so the down side is people going past your balcony so if you need privacy, ask for an upper level floor. Also we had some children that didn't talk but virtually screamed for 2 hours until 7pm outside our unit. Suggest a higher floor.

Checkin was complicated out of hours and we were so tired from travel that the complicated checkin was not something we appreciated. We just wanted the keys and to get some sleep. Everywhere else we stay they just put the keys in a lock box and don’t need online proof of ID etc. They provided 2 toilet rolls for 4 of us for 6 day stay and wanted to charge $3.50 for an extra roll! We spent over $1300 and they want to charge for a $0.50 roll of toilet paper! That’s a new charge we haven’t seen anywhere else!

Dean, Sharon and the staff are as top notch in every department as are their rooms, ive stayed in a few different rooms over time, all without a fault views of the bay from large balconies with furniture a family can eat on, immaculately furnished and maintained across the board, every appliance possibly needed in kitchen along with everything else and the list goes on. Couldnt speak highly enough or recommend them more.

That I had to leave

Friendly staff and the proximity to the beach and services were great. Very clean and spacious unit that was well supplied with kitchen utensils and bedding.

We asked for NO deodorisers to be used, and this was adhered to, but unfortunately the bathroom had been well and truly bleached, and the smell is a problem to an asthmatic. The unit is well ventilated once all doors and windows are opened, so this helped, as well as good strong fans. No extractor fan in the bathroom was a drawback. We also found that in a week of rain the cupboards all smelt stale/damp. Our other issue was caused by other guests, not the venue, but we were woken between 4 and 5am for our last 2 nights by someone dragging and banging furniture on the floor, in the unit above us (for at least an hour each time). Would only stay here in the future if we were on the top floor (we stayed on the 2nd floor)
