Comfortable spacious room with good bed. Airconditioning functioned flawless as well and made no noise. Good food in the restaurant and friendly staff. Very nice location nearby the river and harbor - very nice to walk around and I felt very safe as a woman travelling alone. I was attending a retreat at the Gaylor convention centre and the Westin was very closeby.

At one day there was a mix up with my room in the computer and someone else entered my room in the evening. That was not ok, but they apologized elaborately for the inconvenience. Also 1 evening I ordered room service. It took almost 45min (max time was said 30min£ and my food was cold. Again they apologized but not very nice since I was tired and hungry.

It was in a great location with all the eateries and shops. I love that part about it. The staff was really friendly day and helpful.

On the morning of checkout at 8 a.m., the housekeeper came busting in our room, stating she was there to clean. Checkout was not until 11 a.m., so we asked her why she was in our room, breaking our sleep this early in the morning. She just walked out. When I finally did checkout, there were other guests complaining about the same problem. I am not sure if those guests were on my floor and had the same housekeeper, but we were all complaining. The hotel gave us free breakfast for $40, which I thought was a cop out. I paid $400 a night to stay in that hotel. I couldn't check in until 4 pm. and had to be out by 11 am. They should have but that towards my bill. For the price it was not worth it!

The hotel is very quaint and comfortable. I liked that the lobby bar, restaurant and fitness center were all within close proximity to each other. I was also pleased to see that you need to use your room card key to access the elevator to get to your floor. That offered a sense of privacy and security. And it was nice to have that $40/day breakfast voucher promotion. That helped to make my first experience staying here very memorable. Far better than my stay at the nearby Residence Inn last year. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get a room with the Potomac River view. But at least my room had a view of the streets fronting the hotel. Oh... and being within walking distance to everything I wanted to do especially getting my specialty coffee fix at Starbucks downstairs also was a plus! Overall I will definitely book another stay here on my next visit back to National Harbor.

This hotel was located within walking distance to entertainment, restaurants. Hotel was accommodating to my requests.

TV’s can be connected to your phone, my sister and her husband also booked at this location. We all met in my room after dinner when we got a knock at the door by security due to noise complaint but they stated they could not hear anything out in hallway but guest below us complained. I’ve never had noise complaint issued and I travel often especially from someone below us had me and my guest feeling as though we were being targeted.

The location was great! Walking distance to the pier and restaurants. The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff are courteous.

I was very disappointed to learn that the pool was closed permanently due to covid. I had called prior to verify there was a pool, and the gentleman that answered said there was one. Housekeeping going around at 9am knocking on doors when check out isn't till 11am was ridiculous! The front desk should be able to provide a list of any rooms that checked out early. Going around knocking waking folks up is not cool. There has to be a better way. I have never experienced such a thing. The surrounding restaurants were overpriced, and the unattended teenagers being obnoxious outside the hotel was a little irritating as well.

The location, cleanliness and the room.

staff could be more receptive (inquiring if i need more towels, etc.,) to needs to guest. Especially, when not getting room cleaned everyday by cleaning staff. I specifically prefer not to have my room cleaned everyday and have to ask for things provided in room when it is cleaned.

WiFi did not work consistently in my room- not good if you had to work. Of WiFi worked I would have rated facilities higher… very nice hotel, good location, great views over the Harbor.

Front desk staff (woman) snooty and not very helpful. Help from the man on pm shift very good. Charged over $700 for third day of 3 day stay. Absolutely REDICULOUS charge for a Marriott Bonvoy member

I really enjoyed my recent stay at The Westin National Harbor. The staff was friendly,hotel was clean and modern and our room was nice with an amazing harbor views.

There was only 1 thing I don't like about the stay. 1. Our stay included breakfast,so upon check in the front desk gave me a coupon that stated breakfast for 2. However, the coupon did not state nor the front desk tell me the coupon has a value of $40. Breakfast was just average in terms of taste. Breakfast: 2 coffees, 2 eggs sausage, potatoes toast Cornbeef hash,1 egg, side French toast 1 Cranberry Juice $53 I leave coupon and tip,and we leave. The waitress comes running toward the elevator to tell me I owe more money. Needless to say I was not happy!!!, I gave her my credit card for the rest and was done with it! So I would recommend not getting breakfast with the room stay it wasn't worth $53.

The veiw was great. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They gave us suggestions for parking, breakfast and dinner at the hotel along with things in the area. Room was comfortable and air conditioning was amazing on a 95 degree7 day. Parking garage was extremely close and convenient. Thanks again.Jay & Michelle
