I took coolers. I did not use the kitchen but I checked it out. I didn't expect anything to be supplied for breakfast but doing the last check-in to get into the house he said there was juice and milk in the kitchen. Very unexpected, but nice. I brought all my things to eat. Strict diet. Gone most of the day to a week long daily activity. Needed to just come home late and SLEEP.

I can't think of anything that would be improved. The bathroom was very compact and I LIKED that a lot for one person. A medicine cabinet, paper towels, extra TP, although a small sink it was PERFECT for what I needed to HURRY in the mornings and get out the door. Convenient places close by for ice for my coolers. A very nice big table for my computer, TV for some movies at night and log ins very easy, adjustable air conditioning vents that kept me in the right temperature without having to call someone. ONE NIGHT there was a problem with the toilet flushing but I opened the lid of the tank and messed around and it didn't act up again.

The check in was super easy and extremely convenient and fast, did not even have to interact with anyone for check on or check out-which I preferably liked, no extra hassles to deal with or extra fees or deposit nonsense that typically has to be done at other stay hotels etc, it was quiet, nice shower, clean soft towels, amenities provided, the bed was very very comfortable, free Wi-Fi and internet and tv services, free breakfast, a shared bathroom with a few other guests whom I did not know was different but absolutely fine for me-just reminded me of my college days:). There was a shared kitchen, and shared family room that guests were welcome to I think-I however did not need them at this stay. The price beat out any other guests house and definitely worth price over dirty cheap motels or hotels around. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and will stay here again in the future if needed. 4/5 stars from me!!

Can’t really think of anything at the moment!

It was pleasant to find cereal and oatmeal with milk and juice available for breakfast. We also utilized the hot water appliance for hot chocolate and to prepare cup of noodles in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food option close by, as well as a Costco but our needs were met right at the property. We would absolutely recommend this property. The hosts were very good to work with by telephone and texting, but were not seen at the property.

It was all good.

Location, pricing, availability, comfort, easy/quick/convenient booking and check in process, extra amenities ie laundry room/kitchen area/private bathroom/etc.

Walls aren’t very thick so it was really easy to hear everyone and everything going on, people coming in/out/talking/cooking!/going up and down the stairs/opening and shutting doors etc, that being said…it was still a nice stay and can’t beat the price for what they offer with room size/extra free amenities etc.

I slept great on the bed, the room was cozy and comfortable. I liked the cabinet with the cubbies to put my stuff. It was easy to get a hold of the management. I liked having the kitchen available.

The shower leaked. The floor got wet, which I wiped up, but there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Location, size of room, and mini fridge/breakfast items were a great perk! Good value/comfortable.

I didn’t like that we were only offered one key to our room since we had a different schedule. Also, I wasn’t aware that someone would be coming into our room when we were gone to empty our trash. I would have liked to have been warned of that for privacy reasons. We also had issues with a couple of the bathroom outlets in the bathroom, so perhaps you can take a look at those.

Everything

Thin walls in regards noise levels but still slept very well and comfortable and it was quiet for the most part it was mostly just being able to hear people coming and going or talking or going up/down the stairs etc. But that has not and will not prevent me from choosing this place for a great place to stay when needed.

Room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. The WiFi was excellent. Very clean and neat. Quiet with the exception of some loud children staying in nearby rooms, but they quieted down at a good hour. The living area is neat and was largely unoccupied, making for a quiet getaway. Location is convenient for food, shopping, and the universities.

The mattress was exceptionally firm, which made for a rougher sleep. The floors are creaky which made me worry about disrupting the other guests. The ceiling fan is a bit low and one could hit their head on it. The house is located next to a busy road so there is some road noise and foot traffic which encouraged me to keep my blinds closed.

EXACTLY as advertised. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Minimal traffic on the street, nowhere close to a busy freeway. Prompt communication.

Unclear on check-in process. The electronic lock had a flush finish “button” area which I did not notice at first. BUT answers to my questions were FAST.

House and location were amazing, very clean and owners gave all the info needed before I arrived.

The internet could have been a little better, but I think most people who come here aren't coming for the wifi so it wasn't a big deal honestly.
