The area was lovely, the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was in a perfect location when visiting Florence, it took us around 20 minutes to walk into the centre of Florence. One night we ate in a lovely Pizza restaurant around the corner, this was reasonably priced and very tasty

I would have preferred breakfast to be available at an earlier time Lighting in the B&B could be improved It would have been preferable to be provided with 2 swipe cards for access It would have been helpful to provide information on surrounding places to eat & drink and a guide on how to get to the city attractions

It’s in a nice quiet area of town, about a 20-30min walk from main attractions. A large room, very clean. Easy check in and instructions to access the room and secure building. Staff were lovely every step of the way

It’s a little dated and dark, but pleasant. It’s cleaned very well, I met housekeeping and they are lovely. I couldn’t find where the breakfast was located, some other guests asked me as well, so I didn’t have it

Nice size comfortable room, all key less entry. Excellent shower really good and strong. Good continental breakfast and I must thank the young lady who put a breakfast in my room to have as were leaving early to catch a train. Thank you Plenty of good restaraunts around and only 15/20 minutes walk into the centre part of Florence.

1 flight of stairs, stairs are a killer when you get 70+ Rest was great

Nothing to complain.

Very quiet room with no noise heard from the street, spacious, with great shower. It’s located a bit outskirts of the main sightseeing attractions with 20-min walk to Basilica.

For such a price they could have put a coffee machine in a room instead of instant coffee and tea. They could have also offered free access to their spa.

It was really lovely and clean! Room was big, great space and safe! Would definitely come back here again, also it wasn’t far to the city centre and it was a lovely walk! Perfect place if you are visiting Florence.

The location was perfect for exploring Florence. A quiet street but a 15 minute walk into the centre. Bed was very comfy and the room was very clean.

The property was clean, modern and easy to access.

AC was very weak so we weren't comforatble in the evenings, and reception is a block away so reaching staff for any questions was hard as there were not phones in the rooms.

The room is great. The hotel is located on a small street so it is good for sleeping. The room had smart TV (can watch video/photos from phone) and electric kettle. The design of the room was good two. The room was very clean.

There is no breakfast option in this hotel and reception is in separate building.
