We stayed at the big double room instead in the smaller that we booked as we were upgraded. The room was great, the bed is very comfortable and everything is new. The room and the whole hotel is very clean, and the yard was excellent for spending a bit of time outside. There is parking just outside the villa reserved for guests. The location is great in a quiet street very close to the center with everything that you might need around it. The hosts are awesome people that can help you with everything you might need. I highly recommend it, and looking forward to staying here again when I'm in Durrës.

Really warm and helpful owners who truly love their city and want you to have the best experience. They are very nice! They recommended us some of the restaurants to try authentic local food with a super affordable price. The mattress is nice and comfortable.

Some of the towels have small stains on it and it might be better if they could remove it.

We loved this place so much - in fact I wish we were able to stay longer as I loved our room. The building is impeccable. Everything is so clean - it sparkles. Even the staircase. Our room was gorgeous - beautiful linen on the very comfortable bed. The linen was crisp, freshly ironed, white with a delicate black trim. It looked so tasteful - it could have been a page out of a designer magazine! The bathroom was well equipped - ample towels and again it, sparkling clean. Our host, Giovan, was so kind and helpful. He gave us directions to the main sites and an excellent suggestion for dinner. It was so obvious that he took great pride in his establishment and offering an enjoyable experience to his guests.

This hotel was in the perfect location and the furniture looks brand new. Everything was extremely clean. The hosts were amazing. They were always available at hand if you need them. They had comfortable beds. Great AC system. The courtyard was so cute and cosy and relaxing. Even my daughter was outside at midnight relaxing and doing her nails. There is two vending machine to get some hot drinks and snacks which was a great bonus. I was lucky that I was visiting with my Albanian friend so she was more guide but I’m sure the hosts can help you with bus information to get about. The beach we chose to go further down to port side it’s less crowded. There is a shopping centre called Blue Star or Jumbo shop and there is a great cafe where we would grab lattes from. The whole vibe in Albania was lovely and I felt so safe. The hosts dog was also a great addition - diva is very welcoming and a cutie x. Plus any outside noise you don’t hear in this location. Defo a place to stay if you come to this area. Thank you so much.

This is a great hotel of excellent structural design and interior decoration, excellent accommodation and professional management. Room’s clean and bed’s super comfortable, very good bathing facilities and cleaning supplies, fast wifi network, everything is just perfect. We booked the room with spacious lovely balcony, has a special view point of the city life. Very good location for city walk. Restaurants, coffee shops, the Main Street, and the seaside square are just nearby. So I really recommended this hotel. BTW the sunset of Durres will never disappoint you.

High quality hotel. Very modern and very central for really exploring and enjoying the city. Friendly host, happy to help with anything. Clean, modern and quiet room. Short walk from the airport bus. Durres was also my favourite place I stayed at in Albania that I added on after finishing a cycling tour, as it sadly wasn't part of the itinerary and the prices are in Durres are some of the best, so I would have stayed longer had I known beforehand.

The bed and pillow were a little too firm for me, so I didn't enjoy great sleep at the property, but firmer beds seem to have become a thing now in hotels. So would have been a 10 score from me for the hotel, had I found the bed comfortable. So maybe a 10 if you like firmer bedding, maybe an 8 if you don't.

Just a bit inconvenient that there is no breakfast and no possibility to pay by credit card (so it's good to know these points in advance)

The property has been recently refurbished and is beautiful! It was spotless, plenty of towels and good air-conditioning. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, providing recommendations and helping us make the most of our time in the city. Their dog is also lovely and always greets guests! We opted for the room with the balcony which was lovely bonus, well worth the very reasonable additional cost. Highly recommend!

This Guest House deserves definitely a fourth star. I highly recommend it. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, taking time to provide excellent recommendations. The Guest House is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The room was large, spacious, comfortable, modern design with amenities that were only six months old. All the necessary comforts were present. We stayed only one night, but we would have loved to stay longer. A special mention to Diva 🐶 ---
