We stayed in the suite apartments for two nights. The location was within walking distance to everywhere. The cleanliness of the flat and the building was good. Our flat had a nice terrace, but unfortunately, we couldn’t use it due to the rain. We also appreciated having a dedicated private parking space for our car. It’s a place that can be chosen with peace of mind.

Large rooms, 2 balconies, 2 ACs, 2 TVs, very clean, access in the building and apartment via cipher, nice coffee machine, tea and instant coffee available, water and a small champagne bottle offered, as well as some sweets. Private parking places were available, but it was the end of November.

We stayed for 4 days and had only 3 coffee capsules available (for both persons). There is no toaster and microwave oven.

This place was perfect for our short trip. Right in the middle of Alexandroupoli so it is close to both sides of the 2 main streets. There are reserved parking areas in front and in the next empty area. Rooms are large, modern, well lit and comfortable. We visited in winter and the room was sufficiently warm. Terrace is huge. Coffee machine and complimentary sparkling wine was a huge plus.

A stunning apartment with many amenities that made us feel at home. The location is unique, everything is at most five minutes away and very close to the seaside of Alexandroupolis where most of the restaurants and attractions of the city are located. On a very positive note, there parking!

There was nothing negative about our stay, everything was perfect. The apartments are new and the owner is helpful, friendly and pleasant!

This is a nice new hotel, it has everything, a little living room with kitchen, a little balcony, a nice bathroom, comfortable bed in the bedroom. It is also close to a supermarket, there is an elevator and also parking which is a big plus in the busy city. It is close to restaurants, the pedestrian street and the sea. The staff is very kind and helpful! We had a great time and we will definitely be returning here.

I cannot think of anything.

The rooms were great. Very well partitioned and spacious. Also, very very clean. They had large balconies with a great view of the sea. Near the apartments you can find tavernas, cafes and stores. It is at walking distance to the Lighthouse. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great experience, we will gladly return.

We only spent one night and did not get a chance to explore Alexandroupolis, but hey, an excuse to come back.

it was a new apart hotel straight in the center and walking distance to cafes and restaurants, was very clean. Everything is automatisied thats why you do not see staff around, but when something is needed there was somebody who answers your needs by whatsapp. A new lovely place to stay

Oktolia is located in very central area. It’s near to many restaurants and shops. Room is with fully equipped kitchen and has spacious & comfortable living areas. Private parking lots are well enough for all guests. For electric vehicles there are 4 chargers available right in front of the building.

The apartment is very clean and has all necessary facilities. The host was very kind and helpful, made sure we have goodies in the fridge :-). The apartment is very close to the port. We also had a parking space for our car. Good value for money

Wifi was not working but I am sure they will get it fixed.

Location was amazing, checkin experience was seemless, they offered us free water, nice cookies and Martini which was extraordinary. They prepared Cots in the room for our twin babies and it was in high quality as well. we had a great experience as a family

its all great, nothing to complain about.
