We make a reservation at Nefeli Hotel in June with a non-refundable advance payment, but weren't able to go. They kindly granted us the right to use it until the end of 2025. We visited Nefeli Hotel yesterday, and they welcomed us warmly. They offered us fruit and wine in our room, which we were very pleased with. We are so grateful to Nefeli Hotel. From now on, Nefeli Hotel will be our home in Alexandroupoli. The rooms are very spacious, the location, the pool, the cleanliness, and the breakfast are all excellent. Everything was perfect, there is nothing I did not like.

We've had a great time at Nefeli Hotel. It was a last minute booking for us, but we were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff, the location and the facilities. All members of staff were amazing, making sure you have pleasant stay and you feel comfortable at all times. The breakfast was good, they had variety of food options to order for dinner and everything we had was delicious. The portions were quite big, so if you are with kids just take this into account. The pool was nice enough and not overcrowded. For the beach lovers there is a beach down the road and a beach bar in 2 mins drive. Everything was amazing, thank you Nefeli

It is a little far away from the city center but if you are traveling by car, the parking area is so good and also you can visit the city center easily. The hotel is also amazing for the dog owners, rooms are large and the garden is amazing for walking with a dog. Staff is so nice and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel has a nice pool area but also you can reach to beach by walking. Definitely we will stay in this hotel in the future stay in the city.

The free parking is a big plus. The location is about 10 minutes by car from the city center. We stayed during the winter season – it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was very nice and more than enough. The rooms were clean, though a bit old-fashioned. The bathroom wasn’t very new but still perfectly fine. We had no issues during our stay. Overall, a place worth choosing.

We were travelling with two dogs and the hotel was totally fine with them. The room for 3 people was big enough,clean,quiet. The parking space eight in front of the hotel was great and secure. The staff were friendly and helpful. Most of all, we were heading back to Turkey and stayed only 1 night and left the hotel very early, they offered us breakfast baskets which was wonderful. What a great hotel. Lovely, helpful staff, large secure private car park. Large, modern rooms, good air con and WiFi. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean throughout the whole hotel. Pool with plenty of sun beds etc, very alert life guard. Drinks & snacks served round the pool. Very good restaurant & bar. Half board really good value. Highly recommend this hotel

Clean hotel and staff is friendly.

the breakfast is insufficient for the Turkish family. Also, pork ham and turkey ham are served together in the same bowl and with the same spoon ☹️ this sensitivity should be taken into consideration and should be separated. This is taken into consideration in many Greek facilities, but unfortunately Nefeli is also 😔

Nice and beautiful hotel. Comes with complimentary fruit and wine. Nice, safe and spacious parking area. Our room has a sea view. The ladies at the reception are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We feel very relaxed and happy staying there. The location is not too bad if you are driving. Breakfast is very good

It was off season when we stayed and the swimming pool was not open yet. Rooms were clean and big enough even has a small balcony with a nice view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a buffet breakfast and unfortunately foods were not tasteful and fresh.

The room was very nice, there was a free bottle of wine and fruits for welcome. Beds were very comfortable, great parking area. Breakfast area was very comfortable and the variety was great. The view from the room was exceptional
