The hotel is pet-friendly, very clean, and comfortable. The room had a very confortable bed, a fridge, balcony, slippers, bathrobe, and coffee/tea facilities. The location is excellent – close to the port, ferry, tavernas, and with a large free parking lot only 50m away. The reception staff was extremely kind, responded promptly to our requests in advance, and even helped us print our ferry tickets.

The only small downside was the night-time city noise, but overall we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Great hotel in the city center with access to all the fine dining just a short walk away. Loved the room, was spacious and comfortable. Only annoyances I had were the guls and their morning songs if you can describe them as such. All in all I would recommend them if you are visiting the city.

The location of the hotel is amazing!!! Staff extremely friendly! We loved receptionists Athena and Sezen (If I am saying the name correctly).

I have doubts that the room was sufficiently cleaned. We found the towels the same way we left them every morning. We left something on the table in the lobby and it was still there the next day same time (evening!) Showers and toilet sink are extremely small!

The hotel was in the heart of Alexandroupoli, very close to Light House and the beaches. Staff was very kind and customer oriented. The room was very clean and big. (It was a very positive surprise considering the size of the hotel) Very good value for money overall

Everything was great. The breakfast, the services, cleaning, the location, the room, and the bathroom. Everything was perfect, thank you.

The bed sheets made me sweat a lot while I was sleeping. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Hotel was clean and bed was very comfortable. Location is in city centre. Receptionist Athena was very kind and arranged us earlier breakfast and taxi for airport because we had very early flight. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location though the centre of Alexandroupoli is always a little bit noisy. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and well cared for. The bed was very comfortable.

Compact hotel in the city center. Very close to everywhere in the center. Friendly staff, triple room large enough for 3 adults. Bathroom was clean, air conditioning was working well.

The external photos are a little misleading. they give the impression that the hotel is facing the sea, but this is not the case. It is very close, but still in a side street with no view, at least from our level. There is no parking space in the narrow side-street.

Location is great, walking distance to very good restaurants and the lighthouse. If you are lucky you can find a parking space around. Staff was very helpful, room was clean, haven't had breakfast but it looked okay. There is a coffee machine running 24/7, which i really appreciate.

Location was very good. The smiling and helpful staff was successful. Cleaning was very good. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious.

Downtown hotels often offer very limited living space, so was our room. The heating system was not working during all the night so we had to use the AC as well. The bed base was making a squeaky sound, so It was a little inconvenient.
