The location was excellent, very close to the lighthouse. Although the street is lively, once the windows are closed, it’s completely quiet. The air conditioning works well and cools the room efficiently. Everything was clean, the furniture was new, and the space was comfortable. Vasily was very helpful. The parking area is about a 300-meter walk away, but there is a convenient spot to stop and unload or load your luggage. The room was cozy, and overall we were very satisfied. If we come again, we would definitely stay here.

The apartment is central and it has the best location in the town that you can wish for your holiday to stay in it . Everything you may need as a tourist is around you . It is very clean cozy and nice apartment near the beach , The apartment has practical and nice furniture , a good size balcony with a table and chairs , free parking nearby is at your disposal ,easy check in and check out . The Owner "george" was very kind and helpful to us , he is a very nice guy , if you need anything you can count on him and at the check out we had a very nice surprise ,the owner brought us a bottle of very good red wine . We thank you "George" again for every you done for us .

Cozy apartment in the center of Alexandroupolis with a perfect location. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay there. Clean, comfortable and with some of the most comfortable mattress and pillows I've ever slept on. The host was waiting for us to personally explain everything we needed. He was extremely easy to communicate with and responded to our messages within minutes. The availability of free parking nearby is another big plus. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend a few nice days in this city.

Located in the heart of the city, on a pedestrian street with restaurants and stores, but quiet after midnight. Clean, modern rooms, fully equipped, comfortable bed. Spacious balcony. Friendly host who provided useful information about the city. Large boiler for hot water. Free parking place at 5 minutes walking, in the city port, during our whole stay.

The rooms are a bit small. Pretty cramped bathroom, with no shower cabin door. No breakfast options. Dysfunctional internet, especially in the bedroom. No lights on the staircase, still efficient elevator available.

The location, right in the center in a pedestrian street full of caffes and tavernas near by. Just 2 minutes of walk to the lighthouse of Alexandroupolis. The communication with the staff was really easy , they met us on our arrival and gave us all the information for the apartment. The apartment was very modern, with everything you need. The apartment comes with free parking which is very important because is is quite difficult to find parking in Alexandroupolis.

Location is amazing. Just in the heart of the city where all shops, cafes and restaurants are there. This place is good for solo travellers or for couples with no kids. There is everything you need inside. If you have a car, you need to park in public parking lots which is 5-10 min walk.

There is no shower curtain. Bathroom floor gets wet when you take a shower.

Friendly owner. Really clean apartment. Very central - close to both the harbour and the shops. It's in a narrow (non-driving) road above a restaurant, all with several otters restaurants. There is free parking 5 minutes walk away at the harbour. Hot shower. Good wifi. Good aircon. Comfortable bed and sofa.

There was quite a bit of (standard) noise from the restaurants below, but only until 23:00. Although the parking is only 5 minutes away and is free, I personally prefer to have a my car closer. I paid €50 which I thought was slightly overpriced.

A nicer apartment than it looks in the photos! The apartment owner greeted us friendly at the door. He introduced us to the apartment. He said he would always help us if we had any questions. There is everything you need in the apartment. Everything is clean. Beds, bathroom, kitchenware and even a balcony. The beds and sheets smelled clean :) The location is perfect. In the center of Dedeağaç. Close to all streets. You can use the parking lot free of charge. The reason I wrote this long is because I can’t thank you enough. Thank you for everything, neighboring country and its friendly people!

I highly recommend this place to those who would like to stay in the center of vibrant Alexandroupoli. My stay was a smooth one. The host is very friendly, and is responsive to the messages. When I arrived at the apartment, he provided me with the keys and some important details for my stay. The flat is a few minutes walk away to the port, the shops, nice restaurants, cafes and bars. In the kitchen, there are utensils that you can use for cooking (even a toast machine!!!). It was clean and neat. My room was just perfect for 2 people. You will love staying here!
