The hotel is very close to the beach, you just need to cross the road. The breakfast was more than adequate, I honestly don’t understand those who complain about it as there were plenty of options including pastries and more at the open buffet. There was no issue finding a parking spot. There is also a Lidl supermarket right next to it. We stayed in a deluxe family room for two nights before heading to Halkidiki. The room was clean, spacious, had a balcony, and was cleaned the next day.

In my opinion the only downside is that the rooms need renovation. There are renovated ones available but none were vacant during our stay.

The bed. It was the best bed I have ever slept in my life in a hotel. I stayed in hundreds different hotels in all aorund the world but I was also suprised that this was the best one. Apart of that, this was the second time we stayed in this hotel. This time we stayed in the block at the restaurant side. The room was very clean and it was as if brand new. Maybe had a renovation. We did not buy breakfast because of our diet program so I can not comment. Personel is always amazing, cheerful and helpful. The location extraordinary for us because we mostly goes to Makri or Nea Hilly rather than central. However it is also close to central with 10 minutes ride.

The breakfast preparing staff was great, they were extremely polite and kind.

There is obviously some improvement needed regarding breakfast. It seemed like the old jams, chocolates and yoghurt containers were not replaced but were replaced with the ones that were missing, the jams and chocolates were lumpy. I think the yoghurt should be replaced every day and the boiled eggs should not be stale. Unfortunately the croissants were also stale.

The hotel is good for kids and a walking distance to a couple of good beaches with bars/cafes. It has a parking which is free for guests. Breakfast was good and is set within the garden - being surrounded by olive trees and oleander bushes when drinking your coffee is a nice touch. Staff speak several languages and are eager to assist with local queries I.e how to book to go to Thasos, where and when is the local farmer’s market etc. the hotel is a walkable distance to the city’s promenade which is lined with cute restaurants.

The place is quiet and peaceful. It is close to the Lidl market and you can easily reach the beach on foot. A walk to the city center takes about 30 - 35 minutes at a normal pace walking (3km). The large garden and vast parking area also contribute to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind, helpful, and sincere.

We didn't have any unpleasant experience during our stay.

The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 km to the city center. On the other hand it’s around 10 kö to the nice beach clubs of course you are able to go yo the beach just by crossing the street. Breakfast is average. Staff and management are very helpfull and smiling people. We had a family room which was big enough for us👍🏽. Room was clean and the beds were good enough to sleep. Aircondions works perfectly👌🏽.

Despite dirty and old exterior look of the entire building ,our experience at the hotel surpassed expectations. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bedroom amenities were a pleasant surprise, featuring brand new and fresh items. While the breakfast was satisfactory, a wider variety of cheeses and additional hot options could enhance the dining experience. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we appreciate the positive aspects of our time at the hotel. Thank you for a warm hospitality .

Exterior look needs to be maintained. At least a proper painting before season starts .

The room was nice and spacious. The cleaning staff and front desk staff are great.

The AC really didn't work. When it did come on, barely any air came out. The rooms aren't sound proof all the way, as I could hear the neighbors constantly dragging things across the floor and slamming their door.

I liked the location. Far from noice but close to the beach. The hotel itself is nice and clean.

The area around it is a little dirty. Garbages between Lidl and Thalassa Hotel. We had kithen in the apartment. But it had only stove. No oven. Not even single spoon or fork. So we practically we could not use it.
