The breakfast was ok.The eggs could of had some cheese.The location was great.

I didn’t have any complaints.The hotel was clean.The rooms were nice and big also clean.It was quite and pleasant.The bed was comfortable.

Close to the American Music Theatre and shopping.

They seem to have changed their TV Carrier. Their were shows they we could always watch when we’ve stayed there before and they were no longer available. The brreakfast has changed somewhat. The waffles were not as good.

The breakfast was amazing! Much more food to choose from than most places since covid. The pool was nice and warm. A little small if there would have been more people swimming but it works. The room was great. Very clean and spacious. The the beds and pillows were super comfy. I like that I saw a cleaning person changing all the bedding the next morning. I always worry that places don't change all of the bedding. I will absolutely be staying here again!

There was something on top of the TV that looked like a camera. I'm sure it wasn't but it made one of the members of my party get worried. They should probably tell people what it is and why it's there. I also wish check in was earlier than 4 pm. That seems late to me.

Everything was clean and nice. Rooms are awesome and beds so comfortable. Nice pool and clean. Thanks.

The Front desk guy(Indian) on Friday the 14 was not smiling or welcoming at all, he needs to have better manners and maybe some candy to smile and enjoy life. The lady beside him (white older lady) same. Am not sure if they work too much or they just don’t have customer service skills. I travel all over the world and I have seen it all. Smile folks, it’s easy and makes us welcoming to your location. * I also called to find out if the pool was open and I said thanks and the front desk guys hanged up. Poor customer service.

Caleela, Front Desk - very accommodating for our group. Great recommendations for dining. Always service with a smile - at least for us. Asking the right questions when a member of the group would ask for room keys...not just handing the keys to anyone who asked. The local Amish House and Farm was as close as you can get to the Amish experience for just a little money. The FOOD IS AMAZING...BETTER than a 5-star expensive restaurant experience.

Business area should have some short dividing walls so there is a measure of privacy between you and the person next to you.

Room 301 was spacious, clean, quiet and had very good lighting. The thermostat was easy to operate and the room temperature was very comfortable and easy to regulate. The King size bed and furniture were comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The Television would freeze intermittently on all stations. This was annoying. Management tried to reset the antenna for "this side" of the building, but this did not correct the problem. The hot water was not hot enough and not consistent - it would get hot and then turn cold and then get hot again. It was hard to regulate and the hot water was not hot enough for taking a shower, if you like to take a hot shower.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were good with offerings of both hot and cold foods. My daughter loved the waffles. Our room was just perfect for our needs, and we loved having a nice view. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

It would be nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast, such as sausage one day and bacon the next. The eggs were fair. Water was in the eggs, probably from being in the steamer, but they weren't bad either. We did find a few bits of paper left on the floor and sofa bed in our room, but we just took care of it.

The free breakfast was very nice. The first day the woman taking care of the buffet was wonderful. very kind and considerate to everyone especially since one of the waffle makers was broken and it took more time using only one. I did tell the desk clerk, but I feel you should know also. Also, the buffet should stay open later then 9:30 am because people are on vacation.

The second morning unfortunately that woman was not as nice and understanding she was downright nasty to all the guests.

They put all the families with kids on the same floor. We stayed 2 nights and on the second day they reset our keys for some reason. I was in my late 8m pregnant and on the 3rd floor with kids so my mil went down to talk to the front desk why we were locked out. They said they reset all the locks, so we had to get different keys. And I couldn’t stand very long so I sat in the hallway with the kids and our bags until it was completed.

Hotel was very clean and room was nice with comfy beds and microwave and frig included in the room. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We all thought the breakfast was great and managed well by an employee. Staff was courteous and we would def stay here again.

Really can’t name one thing.
