Lovely beach and pool Good restaurant Buffet Clean rooms and air conditioned Snorkelling from beach

A lot of the beach sun loungers where broken and beach not tidied at end of the day

- The receptionist Mr/ Mustafa was so helpful according to his scope . - The GM. Amr Adel is a super super kind person and he owns the magic stick to change all the staff quality by 360 degree in 30 min only . - great quality and variety food . - entertainment team doing their best to make everyone happy.

- no body checked the room before we arrived it was very dirty and broken but Mr/ Mustafa helped us to change it to better one and it was clean and big enough - staff was not polite at 1st but Mr/ Amr (GM) changed everything after the complains.

The hotel facilities were nice. The grounds keepers were polite and friendly.

We arrived at the hotel in a pre-paid, pre-booked taxi through Booking,com. Our taxi driver was a very nice man. After we got out of our cab, three men hanging out at the front ?? security desk??? at the hotel proceeded to shake down our taxi driver for money. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable for us and continued even as we were showed to our room. I was very upset by this. I would not recommend the hotel for this reason. Any one of these three shifty men offered no help to us as we struggled with our bags.

I found the evening entertainment was poor . For being a fantastic place and the size of the place , I was expecting the evening entertainment to be much ,much better. My only fault of the place. During the day was great getting into different activities by the entertainment staff couldn't fault that.

-Both managers mr mohamed and mr khaled made my visit a memorable one -partly sandy beach with some corals that's good for snorkeling - the deluxe sea view room was superb and super clean! - polite staff - big pool

The staff were all exceptional. They always went out of their ways to make sure we were happy and got everything we needed. The landscapes are beautiful. And the sea there is amazing with beautiful corals.

The entertainment program.

I had vacation ever Everyone there is super helpful Starting from Fouly the bellman who carried my bad to the room , to Mr Amr the general manager Thanks also to Fayez on beach bar who makes the best cocktails

Helpful staff, food is delicious, very nice beach. They offered us a new renovated room which was very spacious and clean. Very good value for money.
