This property is located right next to public parking. We arrived in the evening and had no issue finding a free spot which was important to us. The staff were amazing! Adriana at the front desk, along with her colleagues Mirko and Marika, were so helpful in assisting us sort out the difficult task of paying a parking ticket we got in Agrigento. Adriana went above and beyond to help us figure it out because, let me tell you, it’s not simple! The hotel was very clean and lovely. The breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, meats, fruit, breads, cereals, etc. I’m always concerned with getting enough protein for full days of activities and I was happy for the options. I would highly recommend this accommodation. It was also well located to walk around Ragusa and see many things to and from the hotel to the old city centre. It’s also not far from the new city. We also had a fantastic view from our room! You can’t go wrong with this hotel.

The hotel is in a great and accessible location on the edge of the “old town” in walking distance of the Duomo and other major churches, as well as the city gardens and central cafes and restaurants. We had a large and well-furnished room with a large bathroom and shower with plenty of hot water, plus a balcony and double aspect windows. The room was in the annex that was only a few steps away across the road from the main hotel - both with lifts. We also enjoyed open views towards the old town and across to the treed hillside. The breakfast was plentiful with the usual sweet fare plus eggs and bacon and cheeses, etc - more than enough to choose from. You could take breakfast inside or outside. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful as were the breakfast room and service staff. Overall, a comfortable small hotel with character and charm.

We loved our short stay at Itria. We had a beautiful room, although not like the one we thought we were going to get (with the rock wall). The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom very classy and elegant. The view from the balcony was charming specially at night seeing the little lights shining on every wall of the houses on the hill. The entire hotel is charming, you feel like staying in a little castle. Breakfast was delicious with several choices for every taste. I really appreciated to find plant based milk for my coffee. The girls at the reception were very kind and informative with every inquiry we had. We were lucky enough to find a parking spot in front of the hotel but there is a big car park behind the hotel going down the road. From the hotel we could walk to the landmarks of Ragusa within 10 minutes. Lovely streets and a nice atmosphere at night. Thanks for a charming stay!

Perfect location on the very beatifull Ragusa Ibla (walking distance from the centre). Very nice staff, one of whom (the owner?) ceded to us is parking space without which it would be difficult to find a place to park the car. The room was very big and had a nice balcony overlooking the street and a window overlooking a running river. Decent breakfast and very nice staff. The somewhat outdated furniture fits nicelly with the charm of the room (and town). Good light isolation on the windows.

The AC is badly positioned, on the ground, facing the bed, which means you either sleep with it off (and suffer with the heat) ou you turn it and get cold wind blown directly to you (not conforable). The room, being so big, feels somewhat empty and "cold". Dificult to park a car nearby. The elevator is terribly slow.

This was the last night of our 10 days' trip to Eastern Sicily and we chose this place due to its proximity to Comiso airport. We stayed in room on 3rd floor, with views on the hills and houses. The care we could park in the parking at the hotel free of charge. The room is not too big, bit outdated, but very clean. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is great, worth going early morning and sit outside with the views.

The only small issue we had was with the iron bed, kicked a few times in the legs, but learn to be careful:)

Interesting multi-level property over looking a waterfall. Every room was different with a very nice bathroom with well working roomy shower. Our room was on the top floor so the ceiling was slanted. I’m only 5’1” and my husband 5’11” however someone taller might feel tight. But bed was comfortable and room styled nicely. The breakfast was fabulous and the breakfast/common room was lovely with beautiful outside space by the waterfall.

It was a little far from the town center but right by the steps to upper Ragusa.

We stayed at the Itria Rooms, not the actual Hotel premises, a few metres off the hotel. The hotel amenities are very good. Its location in Ragusa Ibla is ideal/excellent - close to the Duomo of San Giorgio, and the old streets and alleys of Ragusa, and very close to the steps that lead to Ragusa Superiore. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating (Reception - Breakfast Hall).

Within the Itria Rooms, wi-fi was quite weak and we could not rely on it, as often it was unavailable.

The location was excellent and the staff exceptional. The hotel and people were wonderful.

A response from Booking.com to my complaint about the cost Booking.com charged for this stay. It was double what was advertised when we were there. Your automated system deflects questions and you simply go round in circles. Then you send the ‘how did we do?’ Email. Very frustrating after spending so much money through you in the US, Australia and Europe.

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It had easy access parking for free right next door. Once you know where it is located, it is easy to drive in and out of lower Ragusa. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms on the main floor are noisy and all front desk area conversations can be heard. Also the hotel should send easier directions for drivers, because Google maps send you to upper Ragusa and the thin winding road down to lower Ragusa is not easy.

The family room was big, bright and very clean, with a breathtaking view to Ibla. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not very varied, only 2 types of ham and a local salami, but no bacon or scrambled eggs, only hard boiled eggs. There was fruit every day and several types of pastries. The staff there were very nice.

We were lucky with the parking, but it's only because our stay was out of the season. The parking spaces are very limited in the area. What I would suggest is to plan your evening meals, as the local restaurants are usually fully booked in the evenings, and you may be left hungry. :)
