The updated look of the hotel. The breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable.

I asked the front desk person in advance, to communicate to the cleaning people, that I didn't want them to come in and clean my room, because I didn't see the do not disturb card. The house keeper obviously didn't get tge message, because they came in the room and cleaned it anyway and I had my valuables out and the safe didn't work. Next, the air conditioner wasn't working in the elevator or the hot hallways. Mind you, it was 100 degrees daily. This can be a health hazard to someone. This hotel needs more carts because they wasn't available until I was checking out and I only saw 2 of them.

The room was so cozy and CLEAN!

Just a few little things...... 1-The coffee/ microwave area in the room needed a light. We had to use our cell phone light to see what we were doing. 2- the photos online showed a round outdoor bed with a half moon umbrella.... it did not exist. I and another family there were both wondering where it was. 3- We went outside to sit by the beautiful fire pit by the pool our last night only to find it was broke. 4- Loved the desk area, but could double as a Vanity, if the mirror would have been lower to sit and fix your make-up/ hair etc.

The property was clean and the woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful when we arrived late at night. The same woman was there in the morning and remembered us, cannot say enough about her hospitality

Rooms were a little dated in someways. The toilet rocked on the floor and only 2 outlets in the entire room had an outlet that would actually keep the plug in place. No coffee in the room only tea pods.

The room and the hotel was beautiful! The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and housekeeping was on site and polite. Most of all the staff was friendly and very helpful to me and my other family members who stayed there at the same time.

I wish there was a “free” breakfast option. Although the food was good, it was not worth $15. Also it ended a bit early and a few of my family members missed it.

Clean & comfortable as usually. Upon arrival it smells amazing. Customer Service 100% Beautiful Decor.

I was there in December 2023. I was sad to hear they took the microwaves out of the rooms. I was informed they were only in the suites. Also, a worker walked into my friend’s room. Unluckily, she had the latch on the door. He apologized, and said he was there to fix the TV. However, the tv was fine and she didn’t call downstairs to complain about the tv. (So that was questionable behavior)

I loved everything about the property. We were there for a funeral on Friday night and Saturday morning. Both locations, although they were in two different directions, were both about 10 minutes from the hotel. I didn’t know, but bc I love DoubleTree, I took the chance.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the type of luggage carts they had. They looked like something that is used in warehouses. It was not anything I’ve seen in hotels before. It didn’t look family friendly so we just carried our luggage in and out for the stay.

Great location! I was a little nervous prior to what happened before. However, everything was ok. Comfortable bed, clean facility and it always smell good when you walk into the building.

The only thing I didn’t like was traveling downstairs to warm up my food. For a little convenience, there should be a microwave on each floor.

Love the property!!! It’s always an awesome time staying.

They charged me for two day and stated that one will fall off. That put my bank account in the red. I OK was not notified that they would hold double the money. This has never happened to me. They could have just refunded the 40$ incidental fee. Now I have to wait thee to five days to get my money back plus pay an overdraft fee.

The breakfast is always excellent and the choices are great. They start early and the coffee was not bad either. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with the information we requested.

There was really nothing we didn't like perse. The desk person was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in a little early so we also appreciated that. the ice was cold and the water was hot so everything was all good.

It was pretty good. I would have liked to have seen some boiled eggs on the buffet.

Check-in time could have been earlier. I kept having Wi-Fi issues.
