Hotel clean. Bed very comfortable. Loved the shower. Pool and whirlpool closed which was very disappointing. Breakfast was not good. The eggs and sausage were cold. The biscuits and sausage gravy was awful. The front desk staff SHEBONY was absolutely amazing. So friendly, helpful , hospitable. She was a gem which made our stay wonderful. Thank you.

there were 2 things I did not like. THE BATHROOM LIGHT CIMES ON WITH THE EXHAUST FAN WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN HOOKED UP SEPERATLY . THE SOAP DESPENSER SHOULD HAVE BEEN EITHER MOUNTED ON THE BATHROOM COUNTERTOP OR AT LEAST MUCH LOWER TO OPERATE IT.

The location was wonder close near a gas station apple bees and mc Donald's the breakfast set up by Faith was amazing she always made sure the food was restocked and warm she stayed on top of the breakfast making sure everyone had enough to eat. There were towels in the pool area restocked the room had new towels every day room service was amazing the hallways were clean the tv had shows for both adults and kids to enjoy .

The pool was closed on day 2 of our stay but we went out that day. The bugs in VA are huge and very annoying even with bug spray

I loved the in-room spa was great. Not too many places still have them, if you want a spa go here. Other then that, it was a basic holiday inn. They are always nice enough, and are a pleasant experience. Hotel is hidden behind some stores, so you cannot see it from the road very well.

The room could be colder. I do like a cold room

Upon arrival to room after check in, the temperature in the room was 93 degrees and most uncomfortable! We turned the heat off and had to leave door open to hall which did not offer privacy.

Comfortable, quiet, cozy, convenient

Loud bathroom fan, no towels or bathmat provided. Called the front desk about 5 times to get towels but it was busy every time. Eventually I gave up.

It is close to the events we were attending. Super clean and staff was really friendly and accommodating and it has the best breakfast. The wonderful lady who was in charge of breakfast was just as nice as she could be and never let anything run out and everything was hot and fresh. She was great but so was the front desk staff both when we checked and when we checked out. We felt welcomed and we definitely will stay here again.

Pull out couches are not very comfortable for adults but regular beds are great.

The hotel is in a great location, the bed's were very comphy. Easy process to check in and out. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The room worked great for an overnight stay, especially for the price.

The room we stayed in is kinda setup in a weird way. The sink is directly outside of the are with the toilet and shower, which is no issue, but I found it strange for the mini fridge to be under that sink and the coffee area to be setup in that same area. Also wish the mini fridge would have been a little larger.

Breakfast was good and in a great location that was easy to find. The attendant was very polite and helpful.

In our room, the color in the television was blue. Everything that we watched was in shades of blue.

I loved that this hotel is directly off I-95. The rooms were very nice and clean. Beds are awesome! The front desk agent when we checked in was wonderful! I believe her name is Tierra. She was very helpful with directions around the area.

Only bad thing was the chlorine in the pool was very strong and we didn’t have bedding for the pull out sofa
