Could use a more comfortable chair in the room. Microwave was a bit small & the turn dial time settings made it difficult to set the correct time length to cook your food. Went through 2 refrigerators. The 2nd one definitely worked better but the freezer section did not so I was unable to keep frozen foods or my much needed ice packs.

The staff was wonderful. A little difficult to speak to some of the staff, language barrier. We did manage to understand each other. The front desk lady Nemo is amazing, I had to rent the room I was in for a little longer, she managed to make so I was able to stay in the same room. Thank you so much

Very clean and spacious

The staff member at the front desk was on her personal phone speaking another language during the entire check in process. I did check in at approximately 2am but it was still rude

This place is great for the value....pet friendly and lots of room to walk your dog...the room was big, clean and comfortable.... I stayed for 11 days and highly recommend this place if you need to stay in the area

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Great value for such a low price compared to most equivalent hotels closer to the shore but yet only about 45min away. Plenty of restaurant and shopping options close by.

AC was a bit noisy and took time to get entire room to cool temp. Big time lack of accessible outlets. No alarm clock. No USB charging outlets. Lighting was lacking, even one of the bulbs from the desk lamp, which was the brightest light in the room, was completely missing.. Cable would go in and out, I think they were on a satellite system which caused it to lose signal with the weather.

Rooms were good size and beds were comfortable.

There was a slight odor of cat urine. It may have come from outside as there are quite a few strays wandering about. Not a deal breaker, bit certainly noticeable at first.

Enter into hallways so my dog couldn’t get out.

To turn shower on had to get wet -freezing to boiling. TV reception not good even in cloudy area. I think the Direct TV dish needs adjusting.

Staff was great, very helpful. Easy parking. Large mini fridge.

Not a bright hotel. More time spent making the lobby look nicer instead of halls and rooms. Splatter on some walls.. looks like a deep clean much needed.
