I’ve never had a more exceptional travel experience in my life. The staff went above and beyond in every way—helping with our bags and, to our delight, ensuring they were already in our room when we returned from parking. They provided a detailed map for the parking lot, took custom coffee orders, and delivered everything with unmatched friendliness and politeness. Every interaction was warm and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and our stay was flawless from start to finish. We had no requests because everything was perfect. This is a true five-star experience, and we will enthusiastically recommend this place to everyone we know planning a visit to Ioannina.

This was the most perfect "boutique" hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was gleaming and shining, with beautiful mirrors and ornaments on occasional tables and art on the walls. Every member of staff was a joy to deal with and set you up for your day with a smile. The breakfast was incredible with many delicious local dishes and pastries, and there is a beautiful enclosed courtyard where you can eat if the weather allows. It is so well located just outside the walls of the old town and the lake and within walking distance of everywhere. We had such a lovely stay in March 25, thanks to all of you.

One of the best small hotels in which we have stayed. Lovely room with comfortable bed, two armchairs and a super bathroom with a brilliant shower. Huge choice for breakfast including both hot and cold dishes of all sorts. All run by lovely friendly and helpful staff. Set on a quiet street in the centre of town a stone’s throw from the lake, with parking a couple of minutes walk away, after you have unloaded your bags, and to which clear directions are given. Highly recommended.

My wife and I booked Hotel Antique at the recommendation of our local friend, and we stayed here in our five days in Ioannina. The interior of the hotel is quaint and cosy. There were several things we liked about this hotel, such as: 1) Excellent location in the city centre. There are numerous good restaurants within short walking distance. The lake and shopping street are all very close by as well. 2) Safe and very clean. Probably the most important attribute to any traveller. 3) Staff are very warm and helpful (hi Irina!) Breakfast spread also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Antique, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ioannina!

The hotel is in the best location in Ioannina. You do not need to use a car you can go everywhere on foot. The hotel has it own parking 100 meters from the hotel. It is next to the area that all the restaurants bars shops are located. The rooms are very quite and you can enjoy your sleep. The facilities are soooo cozy with very nice decoration and confortable beds and furnitures. It is super clean and the breakfast is every day different with a variety of local hand made recipes. Last but not least the personnel of this hotel is exceptional, they are there to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable . Always available and willing to give you advises of where to go and what to do. We will definitely come back. I fully recommend this place

Everything was perfect honestly I have nothing to mention

You don't have to look anywhere else in Ioannina. The location is perfect, in the middle of the old town, a few minutes from all the restaurants you could want, a supermarket and most importantly from the wonderful lakeside. The service is excellent and nice, and the rooms are clean and tidy. A wonderful Greek breakfast, one of the richest I've ever had in Greece. The hotel staff is always smiling and ready to help with anything. In short, I recommend it to you

A beautifully restored mansion-in-the-city steps from the Castle, the lakefront, and the main shopping district. The accommodations were first-rate and the breakfast varied and delicious (included in the price). Importantly, the staff was superb. My spouse has mobility problems and the manager went to all length to accommodate us. Lastly, although a smallish boutique hotel, the front desk staff offered concierge-level services, proposing venues and making reservations. Absolutely recommended!

What a little treasure of a hotel: it was exactly what I was looking for and the personnel is wonderfully friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond every single time I interacted with them. The breakfast was delicious, copious, and varied, and they even remembered my coffee order from one morning to the next! I can't wait to come back to stay here.

I liked everything!

The hotel was amazing, very well decorated with attention to details. Very clean and staff was wonderful. Hotel staff was so friendly, helpful, worth coming back just for them. Location could not be better. Breakfast was with good quality food, homemade.

Nothing to mention. Personally, for my taste the bed was soft, but on contrary, my travel companions, wife and daughter, said that bed was perfect.

After having been on a sailing charter the prior week, our room felt especially spacious - there was plenty of room for my husband to do some work while I slept in the super comfy bed. The hotel staff were very accommodating, assisting with luggage, etc. We had to depart a bit earlier than planned, so they insisted that we take a breakfast to go (delicious!). Wish we’d had more time to explore the surrounding area! We had great dinner at a local restaurant half a block away - will need to plan a return trip to stay longer next time.
