We especially love the location being directly connected to One Utama and the Bandar Utama MRT station is incredibly convenient for us. The car parking facilities are also a big plus, with easy access right below the hotel lobby. We also appreciate the spacious room and the quality of the amenities provided. In particular, we really like the shampoo and shower gel, which we believe are from The White Company (UK), the scent is wonderful and adds a luxurious touch to our stay. What stood out was the hotel staff’s responsiveness (duty manager on 1 Jun 2025, at 9pm) . When we provided feedback about our room, she reacted promptly and arranged a room change for us in no time. This level of service made a positive difference in our stay.

We noticed that the number of shower gel and shampoo sets provided during room clean-up has been reduced from three sets previously to only two sets now. While we understand the need for cost management, this change was noticeable and slightly inconvenient, especially when accommodating more than two guests. We hope the hotel can consider reinstating the previous level of amenities to maintain the high standard of service we’ve come to appreciate.

*The opulent atmosphere to the lobby & concourse, with the glittering chandeliers, was impressive. (We stayed here 10 years ago but couldn't remember much about it!). *We were lucky to have stayed in a Superior Dbl Room which overlooked the pools & the colourful nearby buildings which lit up at night. (Our friends had a not-too-good view of close hi-rise apartments!) * We held our school reunion hi-tea buffet function at the Cinnamon cafe - with great choice of food. Service was great. This was our 2nd reunion function held here - our first was 10 years ago - and we hope to hold the next one here in a few years' time. The 2 attending service staff went out of their way by finding two stands to hold our school banners and even assist in taking photos of the group! Unfortunately I didn't get the young men's names (I think one was named Jaya...)

There is nothing serious enough to state here. Although management could look at the flooring at the showers section at the sauna, which tends to be slippery. Breakfast rate is a bit steep! Instead, we ventured across to 1-Utama section to have a range of more reasonably-priced food.

Overall The One World Hotel is excellent and I will rate your hotel among the very best in the world We travel to every corner of the world - USA Canada, Europe, UAE, China, Japan, Korea, Australia, NZ, Thailand, Russia. South Africa, Iceland Nepal, Vietnam, Myanmar Philippines, .... One World Hotel is certainly among the BEST Hotels in the world. But there are 2 complaints / comments 1. Poor Signage Are you too shy to put your hotel name in the shopping center to guide your hotel guests with more prominent direction 2. The lift is the worst in showing the number of floor. The number 12345678910 11 1213 14 15 are so dark and hidden away from normal eyesight The number should be lighted up or there is different colour between number and panel for easy identification. Alternatively there should be enough light surrounding the numbers of floor inside the lift

Absolutely loved the 24/7 room service (which was delicious and speedy!), how spacious the rooms were, and the buffet at Cinnamon Coffee House - which we had twice. I stayed alone mostly but also had my partner stay with me as well as my nephew & niece too and they were always happy to accommodate an extra bed when I requested. I also love that it's connected to One Utama - I went to Next Gen (indoor amusement park) and Windlab (indoor skydiving) with my family just by walking. So so convenient and the staff are all so friendly. I'm also a neat freak and the rooms are super clean

The gym could have been better! It's massive but the weights equipment is quite old and not up to date. Cardio machines are good, however

Breakfast spread is good. Alot of variety of food. Yogurt is good and the puree variety is great. There is egg station which is great.

One suggestion : Would be nice to have more variety of European bread. The aircon is too cold. Instead of quantity in spread, may be good to focus on quality... eg fruits - papaya and rock melon are not sweet. May want to vary the fruits to include other tropical fruits in malaysia eg red dragonfruit, mango, berries, etc. While there are Indian and Japanese counter, but the food there is not of good quality. Reduce the number of items, improve the quality.

Staff are always helpful, smiling and courteous. They are always thinking for the guests. Checking in and out of the hotel was a breeze. Also I requested for late check out (even though I didn't use it), but that was no fuss. This time round, we fully enjoyed the dining credits, the 1st time we didn't use the credits.

complimentary fruits - the whole fruits were a little off putting for us. Though knife and forks were provided, but it will be a mess for the guests to cut them. So for both occasions that I stayed in the suite, we left the fruits untouched. Our room had an aircon leak at the door, we had to use one of the towels to soak up the puddle of water on the floor. But the technicians were able to solve the issue.

It is a modern hotel inside the second largest shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur. A direct metro line serves the city centre. The rooms are of sufficient size, modern and equipped with comfortable beds. The breakfast offers an amazing variety with different food stations (Malaysian, Western, Indian, Japanese). On weekends the hotel is popular with local customers. Many restaurants can be found inside the mall.

A long ride from the airport. The taxi from central KL to Bandar Utama takes 30 to 90 mins according to the traffic situation. Not ideal for a visit to KL centre.

The location was good as it is near many good golf courses - KLGCC, Tropicana, Subang, Saujana and Glenmarie.

The air con auto on and off in the room needs to be adjusted. Very frequently, it came on for less than a minute, then it turned off. Less than a minute later, it came on again and turned off again in less than a minute. This was quite disturbing, especially in the middle of the night when sleeping. A few of my friends in other rooms at level 5 (the level where my room was also located) have the same complaint.

Breakfast buffet is the largest choice I have ever seen, including selected dishes from Japanese, Indian, Korean, Malay, Chinese and Western Cuisines. Lunchtime and High Tea buffets The rooms are all very large and well equipped. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. WiFi quality was excellent Location is super for shopping and easy access to MRT transport

In common areas, one has to login to WiFi everytime ...i.e. login data is not saved (this is not an issue in the rooms) Sphere Lounge and Club Lounge are a little cold

We really enjoyed our 4th stay at this hotel! It’s in a peaceful spot just outside the busy KL city centre, which we loved—close enough to the action but quiet enough to relax. Plus, it’s connected to the 1 Utama Shopping Centre, so shopping and grabbing a bite couldn’t be easier. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many different cuisines to choose from, and everything was super fresh. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. Shout out to Sunny for his friendly service! The bar was a lot of fun in the evenings. There’s live entertainment, and it’s the perfect spot to sip on a cocktail, listen to some music, or even hit the dance floor. The concierge service was super helpful—they stored our luggage, which made things so much easier on check-in and check-out days.

The room package we did purchase offers complimentary daily dry-cleaning, which we appreciated. However, on one occasion, we had to wait two days for our items to be returned, which was inconsistent and a little bit of an inconvenience.
