Neat, organized, spacious, and in close proximity to the Astana airport. One of the best and largest malls in Astana (Mega Silk way mall) is close to the hotel. Mr. Tair at the reception was calm and composed when being the only staff present during a late check hours. He was kind enough to provide wall plug adapter. Kudos to him.

Hot water was on and off at times. Not sure why. But the water was moderate temperature, so can’t complain.

The hotel is well located for a stop from the airport and provides very good quality accommodation. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. There is a restaurant too although I didn’t require it during my short stay. Well recommended, especially if you get a goos price.

The breakfast although filled with options could be of better quality.

I like size of room (business suit)

I have charged for a broken plate by my kid (by mistake) I understood it’s my responsibility but cost of this plate is not much (1000 tenge) comparing the total cost I have paid [ reservations for 2 business suit for 5 nights (400,000.00 plus tenge) ] Restaurant in charge collect the charge with card machine with a smile !

It’s a good honest hotel, close to AIFC, and convenient for conference goers. I stayed in business suite, and it’s actually great, good value for money if you book early. Staff were were accommodating to re-arrange my reservation for earlier departure, all in all good travel experience, much appreciated!

If you stay in lower floors, you’ll hear the traffic a bit, but at night isn’t so noisy tbh.

Everything was great the room, location, and breakfast. Very polite staff and fast check-in. Breakfast consisted of various things: cheeses, fruit, meat, porridge, and cereals. Also, you can ask them to cook an omelet or scrambled egg for you.

WiFi was a little bit slow.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, but close to the Expo. There is a large mall within walking distance, but in winter in Astana it will not be very comfortable to overcome even such short distances. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, there are only wastelands around the hotel, you need to overcome more than 500 m to be in the mall. Mall and Expo is the only thing you can see or visit around. The hotel is for business travel only, not for tourism.

Friendly staff ready to find solutions in case of problems, although sometimes service was a bit slow and abrupt. Breakfast was good, with a nice choice of food, but no fresh juices. I had a nice big room.

No fresh juice at breakfast, coffee was not great as well. there was a bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom.

Location for airport and dealer

The restaurant in his application has no meals photos. It is difficult to understand food volume !

Very nice hotel for a business or private stay. Close to the airport. Nice staff. All clean and tidy. Quiet. The restaurant is amazing, it worth it to have breakfast or dinner there.
