Lovely location. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Parking is free.

I called ahead to request an ocean view room and agreed to pay extra. When we got there we were told that we couldn’t have one because other guests had extended their stays from the Thanksgiving weekend and they had the priority over our booking. I thought this a bit odd and felt that they should’ve needed to change their room.

Great view. The receptionist gave me two vouchers for free sparkling wine with the purchase of an entree at the hotel restaurant that has a great ocean view and piano music several times a week.

No microwave in room. There's a microwave in the hallway by the elevator.

The location and ocean front view from our room was amazing

Unfriendly staff, very blunt at check in. Went and asked for more towels at front desk with my family of four and was only given one towel, when I asked for more the lady rolled her eyes at me and said you took all my towels. This is a hotel shouldn’t the front desk have access to these for guests when needed without making it seem like an inconvenience for the lady working the counter. Also the lamp in the room between the beds was not working let the receptionist know about the issue but they wanted to come into our room when we where gone and I was not ok with that. My recommendation would be to make sure that items are functioning properly before renting rooms out. Hope this gets fixed before the next guest check in.

Very nice location. The Moonraker restaurant on site was very nice. had an excellent view of the ocean and sunset. staff was great. The room was very comfortable. A small fridge and coffee maker were provided. A microwave was in the hallway about 200ft away from our room in the hallway.

If you have a disability. The parking lot was on the first floor under the hotel. A bit confusing at first. Wasn't a real major issue... The elevators and access appeared to be only on one side of the hotel. There was quite alot of distance to walk to the room as it was on the far end. Security to elevator was key coded so you need scan in. There are dollies to bring your luggage up.

Needed a mom getaway to the beach! There is a beatiful cove right outside!...you can see from your room and hear the waves and seagals ...l Liked the area, it felt safe. We were amazed at the inside, it is remodeled very nice and comfy. Went during the week and was able to relax in spa without anyone. It is a nice peaceful hotel.There is a very nice resteraunt overlooking ocean. A farmers market on wensday right there to check out. There is also fast food and a grocery store 5 mins away. And easy to get to all the sites to see!

The mirror in room was away from lighting . In a dark area of room . The bathroom is bright with Leds above. Hard to get ready I made it work . It was a minimal issue .

The hotel upgraded me to an ocean view room at no charge. The hotel looks a little seedy from the outside, but the room was large, well-appointed, and very comfortable. There was a good-sized tv, a large desk, and an easy chair in my king room. It looked like it had recently been re-done and was much better than expected from the exterior view. The bathroom vanity was probably 8 to 10 feet long, so lots of room there too.

I wish there had been a safety grab bar in the bathtub/shower. I have one at home and realized how much I missed it when it wasn't there. A rubber bathtub mat was provided. but I didn't use it because I don't like how they feel and the questionable cleanliness. I wished I had because the tub felt slippery. Included breakfast would have been great too.

Our room was large and clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating.Loved the patio and view and sounds of the ocean and the rooftop restaurant, with the romantic vibes. This is where I got proposed to after dinner!

While you can see and hear the beautiful ocean, there are a few buildings obstructing the view. I can see the parking and the roofs of other buildings. There was a slight smell in the halls and the building is quite dated especially the elevator.

This hotel was perfect in every way. The room was a junior suite with a very comfortable bed. It was clean and very spacious. The best thing was the panoramic ocean view from 2 places, a sliding door and a huge picture window. The sound of the crashing waves could be heard whether the window/door was open/closed all through the night. Room 125. The restaurant has beautiful ocean views from every table. The sunset was stunning. The service and the food were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful when necessary The photo is the view from room 125. We will definitely be back!

We loved everything.

We had an Amazing balcony and view from out room!!! Sitting out there and watching the waves was Incredible!!! The room itself was very musty but with the door open it was fine! Beds were comfortable and water pressure was Perfect!!! I read a lot about how rude the front desk lady was so I came with Extra Positivity and she was Great! It’s Amazing how a little compliment can change a persons day!

The pool and hot tub could use some work!

Friendly staff. Check in was smooth. The pool and hot tub were wonderful!! Met a few other nice families. Kids made friends. I'll be back for the hot tub for sure. The beds were very comfortable. Slept well. We had a peek-a-boo beach ocean view from our balcony. The Breakers Cafe next door was DELICIOUS!! The beach was right outside the hotel parking lot. Gorgeous. Pacifica feels a million miles away from the fast pace of SF, but you're right there! Taco Bell on the beach!? You have to check it out. Will definitely be coming back here to stay again. 💜

Literally, the *only* thing they need to fix is adding microwaves to the rooms. There is one microwave per floor for guests, near the elevator. It's super awkward. Lol.
