I highly recommend this resort for solo travelers looking to relax and unwind. I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days, and the hotel was exceptionally clean, with delicious breakfasts. Every morning, I enjoyed plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, spent my mornings reading a book on the quiet and beautiful beach, and discovered a wonderful routine of spending my afternoons at the pool on the 4th floor. This area is free from noisy partygoers, making it incredibly peaceful at all times. Lastly, I want to thank all the hotel staff (including the security guards) for greeting me every day with warm and lovely smiles. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

If I had to point out something, there were moments when the room smelled slightly musty. However, since Phuket is generally very humid, I feel this might be the case with most hotels here.

This property was fantastic. We loved the location, easy to get to shops and some amazing restaurants near by. The room itself was big and had great views, even on the side of the building. The rooftop pool looked right at the bay and had plenty of the lounge chairs. There is even a bar up there to order drinks and food from the restaurant. The property has beach access as well and Flamingo restaurant which leads onto this. The property offer kayaks to take out if you wish. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a travel agent working in the lobby to help book day trips and experience in Phuket. But what’s loved the most was the price. This is an extremely affordable resort that has the luxury resort feel. Would absolutely stay here again and again

The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the condition of the beach. It looks great in photos but the beach itself is extremely polluted and filled with rubbish. The water has plastic bottles and rubbish in it. Not every nice to see.

This was a perfect stay that offered relaxation and secluded beach access! Bandara resort is amazing value for the money we spent. The staff is attentive, the partner restaurant is delicious, and the facilities were all modern and clean. The small beach by the hotel is quiet and absolutely beautiful, which made staying here even more worth it for us. Their spa services are fantastic as well. I would recommend this stay to anyone :)

Breakfast was 350B... it was a little much for us, but looked like a really nice buffet. The beach is fairly calm (in November at least) and quite nice, though not as nice as the northern beaches in Phuket. the hotel provides towels and a nice carry bag for convenience. The pool is very nice and has plenty of space to relax. You can also order drinks from the adjacent bar. Quite comfortable with chairs, benches and umbrellas.

There are few restaurants around. the on-site one is decent, but not incredible for the money.

My wife and I recently spent 10 nights at the Bandara Phuket Beach Resort to celebrate our anniversary, and our experience was wonderful. Upon arrival, we were touched by a thoughtful gesture left in our room by the hotel staff, setting a warm tone for our stay. While some reviews criticize the hotel's location, we found it ideal. This was our third visit to Thailand, and we love this area for its tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of Patong. The resort is a 20-25 minute drive from attractions like Old Phuket Town and the Naka Night Market. It boasts direct access to Ao Yon Beach and is just a five-minute walk from the picturesque and lesser-known Khao Khad Beach. The neighborhood is well-serviced with excellent restaurants, bars, massage parlors, and taxi services. Additionally, there's a 7-Eleven conveniently located less than five minutes away on foot. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and eager to assist. One memorable instance was when I needed to scan and print some work documents; despite being busy with other guests' check-ins and check-outs, the reception staff were extremely helpful. A special mention goes to Sa from Housekeeping, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was immaculate and surprised us with delightful little gifts (photo attached). Our room featured a partial sea view, which was fine since we didn't plan to spend much time indoors. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with an excellent air conditioner. The pool area was well-maintained and offered stunning views, and the Flamingo Beach Bar was a pleasant spot to relax. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, even at 4 AM when we departed, thanks to the accommodating and friendly staff. Overall, given our love for this serene and beautiful area, we will definitely return to Bandara Phuket Beach Resort.

The service at the Flamingo Bar was disappointing, with staff appearing disinterested and the wait times unsatisfactory. Additionally, the drinks at both the Flamingo Bar and the pool bar were overpriced and not particularly enjoyable. While the hotel did provide beach towels for each room, I would have appreciated sunbeds provided by the hotel at the beach.

The rooms were very clean with lovely bathrooms and clean facilities! Staff were super cute and prepared us a little breakfast platter to take to the airport with us when we had to checkout at 4am which was so sweet! Also super close to shops, cafes, and restaurants!

The food / cocktails were overpriced until happy hour comes around. We also paid for an airport transfer which was 40 minutes late and a bit expensive but these things happen sometimes and wasn’t the hotels fault.

It's well-maintained, with crystal-clear waters and soft sands, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation and tranquility. - Pool: The pool area is a highlight of the hotel, offering a stunning oasis to unwind and cool off. The viewpoint is definitely worse every dollar - Accessibility Options: I appreciated the hotel’s commitment to accessibility, ensuring that all guests, regardless of mobility, can enjoy their facilities and services comfortably. - Sea View: My room offered a breathtaking sea view, serving as a daily reminder of the beautiful location I was in. - Local Goods & Markets: Exploring the local goods and markets was a delightful experience. - Massage Salon: The on-site massage salon provides skilled therapists for an affordable price. - Dining Places: Apart from the Flamingo restaurant, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of dining places that cater to all tastes and preferences. The diversity and quality of food available were impressive.

- Room Cleaning Services: The cleaning services did not meet my expectations. The rooms could benefit from more thorough and consistent cleaning to match the hotel's overall standard. - Overpriced Food in the Flamingo Restaurant: While the food was general, the prices at the Flamingo restaurant felt unjustifiably high compared to the quality and portion sizes offered. - Hotel Entrance Signage: The entrance to the hotel was not as obvious as it could be. More visible and clearer signage would greatly guide taxis in locating the hotel upon arrival.

Out of the three different accomodations what we had on Phuket Island, this was the best one. Very nice hotel with direct access to the beach, comfortable rooms. Breakfast - fresh and tasty. Recommended to stay.

Very expensive drinks (several times more vs in restaurants around). Beer for 450b/12 EUR is quite a lot.

We liked the nice rooms and the roof top pool with view to the sea. The service was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was good. However, it is not as good as one can expect. The hotel tried to cater to both Western and Thai tastes and did not do very well on both sides. The hotel is at least 35-50 minutes' drive from town and night markets and other major attractions

Great location. We enjoyed having the option between the beacfront restaurant and upstairs bar. During the last couple of days of our stay, the upstairs pool was closed for maintenance, but we were given access to the Bandaras Villas pool which is only a short walk along the beach. The beach is also peaceful and not crowded. Perfect for a relaxed holiday.

The variety served at breakfast was not on par with other hotels we stayed at in Phuket.
