Louise was excellent..terrific customer service skills. The breakfast ladies were both engaging and helpful. And dinner was hot, fresh and cooked to perfection...I noticed no comprises to quality or ingredients. Thank you.

There's nothing I did not like. As someone who's been in and occasionally gets involved in the hospitality industry now on a freelance basis, I do have an understanding of the financial constraints..it would be great if this great hotel was more supported by the locality and perhaps better promoted to visitors whether leisure or business. I was unaware of this establishment but now that I am ill certainly return.

Nice place close to the beach and town centre. The WiFi was very good and the breakfast excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a small car park but street parking is free if you don't get a space.

The windows have old double glazing that doesn't keep out any noise. The seagulls are a constant problem day and night, nothing the hotel can do about them. Please note the walls are paper thin, I could hear every word of a phone call in the next room.

The room was very cosy and clean. It was very warm the first night but it was a very hot day so weather impacted on the heat in the room. It was very comfortable and had a good nights sleep

The only thing that I didn’t like was the seagulls making a noise at all hours of the morning. It looked like they were nesting on the roof of the hotel but I know that this is not a fault of the hotel and there is not much that can be done about it,

Having two rooms. The bedroom was comfortable and the living room was a bonus. We didn't use the limited kitchen facilities so I cannot comment on them.

It was extremely windy, a major storm Amy was underway. The doors and windows which opened on to a verandah did not completely stop the wind blowing in. They were very noisy as a result of the wind.

Receptionist Louise, who turned out to be housekeeper and bartender, attended to the restaurant and always answered any questions we had was exceptional, as was the young man who kept us supplied with tea and coffee when requested. I must confess we have visited this hotel before and would not have returned if anything less than excellent.

What's not to like???

The room was very clean and it was so quiet. The food in the restaurant was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very hot but there was a fan in the wardrobe that helped with that. I only had one towel - an extra one for hands would have been good. I found the bed a little firm for my liking but other people would probably prefer that!

I booked the apartment for my neices whilst I was there on a business trip....the space was amazing as it had a hot tub spearate kitchenette, including a living area, separate toilet and shower. The hot tub area is within an indoor hut and also included a pool table. This meant it was secure and can be used in all kinds of weather. Nairn is beautiful and you have the gorgeous sandy beaches.

The only thing missing was a hairdryer but we managed to get one. Also staff are not around at reception often so need to go looking for them. Having said that, the hotel is in a quiet place and really safe.

Very nice room, clean, had a mini fridge in the room and kettle for tea making. Spacious too.

No hair shampoo/conditioner/female sanitary items. No air conditioning, was quite hot and stuffy (switched the central heating off and windows could only be opened a little). We were here in august so it was very warm!

My ground floor room was lovely and big. Comfy bed. Nice big windows with blinds and very nice curtains.

Not keen on a wet room but I expect it was a disabled room as it was on the ground floor. I didn't actually request that but it was a lovely room. The TV controller didn't work and this was not resolved.

It was very clean and totally quiet. I usually stay at the Mutha but I think this room was far superior in terms of space and I had a fridge and a hair dryer. Neither of these facilities have ever been in my room at the Mutha. The breakfast was well worth the money and delicious.

Staff were very scarce on the ground.
