Hotel is very clean and staff is very kind. Room is spacious and everything worked good. Roxana cleaning lady was very kind and did a good job to have our room in perfect condition.

About hotel and room everything was perfect. The only thing I didn't like is the traffic in the surrounding area at rush hour. Difficult to get there when you are coming back at the end of the day.

I love the service, people were very friendly. The room was clean and the food was great, also the location was great, near restaurants, supermarket and a nice area to walk around.

The pool was small and the bar was in renovation, but it looks like it is going to be a better place.

The hotel is very well located in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good, and so is cleanliness and support form front desk and room service. For a bunisess trip is a no brainer to stay here.

The checkin was quick and the staff were very helpful and spoke good english. The room was spacious and very clean . The bed was super comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful.the breakfast was very good lots of choice.

Conformtable bed, clean clean clean Breakfast was great, there are a lot of varieries smoothies, fruits, pupusas etc.

We booked for three but we didnt, have enough towel, cups and other amenities. The bathroom door lock was broken. But overall it is very confortable

Breakfast buffet was well stocked and the variety was great. We loved the egg station and of course the pupusa station!

The hotel is very clean, and the staff makes sure everything is clean sanitized and to your satisfaction! We LOVED the service provided from the check in front staff, to the bell boy who took our luggage to and from our rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean, great air conditioning, large bathrooms and shower! The breakfast food was amazing with fresh pupusas made daily and the bar staff was always friendly! They helped us schedule our covid test to return to the USA and they also helped schedule airport drop off and pick up! We will defiantly stay here again and tell all of our friends and family!

Breakfast was excellent many choices of food clean and most of all everyone was very attentive. We felt very comfortable and the host Edwin Perez was extremely nice. I was very satisfied with all the service 😁
