Very friendly and flexible staff, comfortable rooms and very clean. The beds were utterly comfortable, breakfast was better than what we expected with several options included. Staff allowed us to call from reception to order food in the evening, since they have no restaurant on their premises.

The shuttle needs to be organized better, especially for international guests coming outside of the USA. We were asked to call the hotel after arriving, in order to organize the pick-up from the airport, even though we had sent all information beforehand. We did not have a local number, so we had to ask for a phone at the airport and then due to a misunderstanding with the car (it had the hotel name only on one side of the doors) we ended up waiting 1 hour extra after a transatlantic flight. Perhaps offering a whatsapp number for contact could be a great solution. And providing all info in advance regarding the terminals.

I loved the interaction with the staff. They were friendly and informative. All my questions were answered. The room itself was also very spacious. The TV was lacking but, you cant have them all. I loved the breakfast options as well. We had breakfast every morning.

On the third day there was weed smoke in the hallway. The stench smelled though out the whole hallway. Secondly, on the day we checked out and left the hotel, the car parked next to mine had its wheels stolen. This left us a very negative impression of the hotel and the zone. Even with all the new construction and businesses in the area, we probably wont be booking in the location again.

The manager is a very sweet lady and she took care of us and made our stay better than the previous night that I dealt with the moody receptionist. She even offered to serve us breakfast after the breakfast hours just to make sure we had a better stay. She was super nice and understanding.

The front desk receptionist (Britt) was super rude she had attitude and claimed to be the manager when I asked for management to complaint about her. She’s very unprofessional and makes you feel very uncomfortable. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but the next day she was the same so maybe she’s just a miserable person.

stayed 2 separate nights, one before our flight and one after, with 2 separate reservations. In both nights It was really clean, the beds smelled pretty good, like they really changed all the bedding before us arriving. The breakfast was ok. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, bread, waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurt, coffee, milk and juices. Enough towels for a family of 4. The room was big and had a really good feeling. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. We slept pretty well, not noise at all! They have shampoo and conditioner dispensers, and the bathroom was pretty clean. The smell in the room was good, clean!

They don't have shuttle to the airport, booking in one of the filters has this hotel as they do! Be aware of that. We had to drive to a Parking lot the day of our flight. The first night the staff was ok, not super friendly, and mentioned about the shuttle when we ask about it. The first Night we saw a live cockroach that seems that came ouf of the sink.. and the second night the staff was super friendly! But seems that someone was smoking pot in the hallway/elevator.

Was going on a cruise and needed a place to stay over night. The transportation to the hotel was good and the driver who picked me up was great, when asked where to eat the driver let me know where I could eat near the hotel. The GM was working at the front desk and checked me in with a smile, as well as being recognized as a member. The night auditor was a pleasure to talk as well as the morning clerk who checked me out. The breakfast was also good and the person who made the breakfast was very polite and friendly.

If one did not have a car to get to the hotel there were very little places to eat or shop. That was the only thing I did find was bad about the hotel. Wish they had a shuttle that ran up until 10 p.m. so if you got to the airport late you could take it to the hotel

Lanetta at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful with our last minute booking. The room overall was exactly what we were looking for to stay close to the airport before we flew out in the morning. Didn’t get to try the breakfast.

There were stains on the couch in the room… whiteish ones… 🤮 Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Heat wasn’t on when we got into the room so it was really cold although it did heat up in about 20 minutes so it wasn’t that bad.

The breakfast was amazing, very easy, self serve. My stay here was very comfortable and the bedding was amazing (sleep was amazing). Room was very spacious and fit me, my partner, and my family. Highly recommend.

The only issues we had was that our toilet did not work. Due to us arriving later in the night, we did not complain about this and just wanted to rest. However I know if we did complain, it would have been handled. There was also a slight security issue as someone seemed to have broken in to one of the vehicles out front (Out of hotel's control)

breakfast was good. the room was great!!! i loved the cleanliness of the room and it had an excellent cooling system.

we chose this place so that our grandkids could enjoy a day in the pool. the pool was dirty. my grandkids were extremely upset. we live outside of corpus christi and were in houston for an astros game. we drove all the way to this location after the game especially for the pool and we were not able to utilize it.

The property is well maintained, very clean, and in a great location. The woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Leiya, was perfect. She was the definition of great customer service. My check in was smooth, quick, and friendly. This stay really changed my view of Comfort Suites. I’ve had bad, sketchy experiences at hotels that are on the lower end of the price range and I typically like to book rooms at more expensive locations because I’ve found a higher price point usually comes with better service and cleanliness standards. However, I will now be staying at this location any time I find myself needing a room in Humble because I was thoroughly impressed.

The bed wasn’t exactly comfortable but for the price, it really wasn’t bad. Other than that, the property was great.
