Location is close to everything. Has restaurant on premises and Mc Donalds in walking distance

Check in... Male Manager was rude, staff informed us wrong information on entry, yet Manager was not willing to listen nor compromise, he was very rude, and excuse was he was tired from doing stocktaking in bottleshop, literally walked away and got licencee whom was rude to start off with until she heard our side of story then was understandable and very helpful knowing we drove for 14hrs and slept in car awaiting entry to room.

This place is low budget and you don’t expect a resort atmosphere. But you get more than what you pay for. Super convenient and quick check in and out, friendly staff, plenty of space, clean. Car parking right outside, easy to find. I’ve got no complaints at all. Separate from pub so no noise. Easy to prepare breakfast in your room- everything you need is there. Comfy beds too.

Nothing- it was all good. Traffic noise was minimal even though it’s not far from a highway.

room neat and tidy with good space, like that there is a bench with chairs to eat. , bed was good, comfortable, spacious and close to the race track letting us sleep in. the meals and discount for staying was awesome, It was great to park the car outside our room as we did not have to take the bikes out of the car.

the drunks breaking glass in the driveway leaving the hotel at 1am waking us all up. the floors in the bathroom seemed really slippery not sure if it was what it was cleaned with though. nice new tiles. well maintained with a great supply of shampoo, etc. available for the extra days.

I was impressed at the location for starters, very convenient to my needs. And only a 5 minute walk to the train station as well. I liked very much that it was clean, well equipped with microwave, jug, toaster, cutlery, and all the essentials for a self-contained stay. The bed was very comfortable as well.

There wasn't anything that I could say I didn't like. Maybe a hook or two in the bathroom to hang clothes while in the shower.

Motel was very clean and tidy , great for families. Many takeaway food options nearby. Excellent value for money, it was by far the most affordable option. We had 2 rooms that were connected internally. There was a staircase but ok.

Pillows were too thick/high profile, unusable. GPS doesn't locate address well, look out for the signs so you don't pass it by. Next door to the McDonald's.

Staff were friendly. Room was good with close easy parking. Checkout is easy

Hard to find check in with small signs. No mention of a 100 dollar security deposit that you won't get back for 5 to 10 days until checking in. Out of 12 places I have stayed at on the east coast this is the second place that asked for a security deposit and the first accommodation waived that as I was not told. But it needs to be clear that a security deposit is necessary as some people may not have access

I’m a little socially awkward and I really appreciated how easy and happy the staff were. I was a little nervous because it is obviously right next to a pub but the room was clean , spacious, and comfortable, it was a nice lay out and we didn’t feel on top of each other which was nice, emphasis on the customer service though I really do appreciate how smooth he made the entire process.

My son struggled to keep his devices connected to the wifi due to poor connection strength but outside of that we all really enjoyed our stay

The checking in process was easy and the employee was really lovely and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed and very convenient. We would highly recommend for people to stay there. Unfortunately we had to leave early the next day so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the property more.

The only downfall that the room we were staying in was on the ground floor and we needed to keep the curtains closed for privacy reasons. Otherwise everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

Great bistro in the adjoining pub. McDonald’s next door for if that’s what you eat. Top line entertainment most weekends. Friendly staff. Hotel and pub managed extremely well.

Some may feel it’s a bit out of the way as far as shopping centres or the beaches. But not an issue if you have a car. The pillows were all one size which was high profile, just a personal preference. I like a low profile 😃

Convenient access to HARS museum and tourist drive. The pub was great with friendly staff and good food. The water pressure in the shower was good and big TV was a nice touch.

Hidden charges for a childs cot on top of an already high rate for 2 nights. Not a fan of check in through the bottle shop, found the staff member unfriendly. passive aggressive language used for guest information posters in the room. Stained towel. Bit noisy due to nearby road.
