We loved the location of the property - a quieter part of town, directly opposite the beach, lots of options for food and drink. We loved our room (206) - we have an 11yo and 13yo and they had a separate room to sleep in with a bathroom in the middle, which gave us all privacy. The blackout blinds in the room were fantastic. Also great to have a fridge in the room so we could purchase and store drinks / snacks. We loved the staff - so welcoming and warm. We loved the pool area - plenty of umbrellas to cool down and a great pool area with clean pool towels delivered to our room each day. And the breakfast - which is included - was excellent and delivered to a beautiful waterfront area to eat.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property - it was far more than we hoped for.

Loved Nissaki Beach Hotel it was perfectly located within walking distance to the port and all shops and entertainment The Hotel has a nice pool but we didn’t really use it as we loved sitting on the beach it isn’t the best beach in Naxos but it is the warmest we loved it and the atmosphere with all the taverns around it. The Hotel staff were great especially he reception girls Matina and I share the same name which is rare these days 😜 The girls serving the breakfast were also lovely and went out their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast is served on the beachfront which makes it very special we loved it 🥰 The room was very comfortable great bed and shower We will definitely return this hotel we had a great stay Thanks Guys 😍

Nothing - actually only 1 thing I would have liked a Greek coffee with breakfast! 😆

Stellar Stay at Nissaki Beach Hotel – Perfect Blend of Location, Comfort, and Service From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful reception team – Marina, Amalia, and Falia – who greeted us with genuine smiles and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or local recommendations throughout our stay. The hotel is beautifully maintained inside and out, creating the perfect beachfront escape. Breakfast was served by the water each morning at the hotel’s restaurant, and in the evening, their seafood specialties were a real highlight. Our pool-view room was spacious, clean, and included a lovely patio for relaxing. The hotel offers a row of complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas for guests right on the beach, plus a great pool area with plenty of loungers. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the heart of Naxos Town, where you'll find a lively mix of tavernas, shops, and bars, and only a pleasant stroll to iconic sites like the Portara and Naxos Castle. It’s close to everything, yet still peaceful. Without hesitation, we would absolutely stay here again when visiting Naxos.

Loved the location, the reception and breakfast staff. It was my partners birthday and the receptionist really went out of her way to help get a cake at midnight. She made reservations for us in the town and helped with all sorts of bookings. The breakfast is also delicious.

The housekeeping could be improved for a five star hotel. Whilst the bed was done and the room was cleaned, it wasn’t tidied and the floors always seemed a bit sandy. Sometimes the small hand towels were not replaced. Also for a five star hotel we would’ve liked to see a proper duvet for the bed as it was a bit uncomfortable with the flat sheet and thin comforter.

Great location on the beach, but also within short walking distance to Chora. Felt remote but connected at the same time. Appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and complimentary bottles of water each day. Comfortable beds and pillows, nice and quiet rooms with nice views. Comfortable beach loungers with parasols, beach towels and even a ball to play with for the kids in our group. Pool was inviting, but a bit too cold in late April (but would be a refreshing dip during hot months).

Breakfast is ordered the night before- I like this idea to reduce food waste; however, it’s hard to know the quantity of what you are ordering without seeing it. In addition, several items that we ordered did not arrive. Also, water served at breakfast was undrinkable - think it was treated tap water- salty and not good! Bathrooms (including hairdryer) were a but past their time, but this is a minor detail.

Location was nice! It was great to be so close to town. Nice quiet spot right on the beach! Staff was very helpful! Manos was a great server and very accommodating! The food at Nissaki restaurant is outstanding! Chairs were always available at the beach! The pool is clean and a nice temperature! Wished we would have booked sea view rooms but we were a stone’s throw to the beach! Lots of cute little bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great little boutique hotel! Breakfast was wonderful! Tons of options and you can eat at the beautiful restaurant right on the beach! Staff was very helpful at accommodating taxis to tours!

The king bed was 2 twins pushed together. It could have been a bit more comfortable but it was fine.

The pictures do it justice! The pool is nice after a beach day or long day exploring. Location is perfect, not in the center of it all but short walks to be where you need to. After being out in the city, coming back for a night cap at the restaurant/wine bar and charging to the room was the perfect combination to our stay at Nissaki. Cannot say this enough, stay here if you’re going to Naxos. You get what you need.

Not much to dislike…bathroom you can hear everything in the room..take turns — someone go for a drink while the other person is taking care of business in there. No big deal lol

Elegant and very well managed city hotel located at the beach of Naxos Chora only few minutes walk to the city centre. It offers an excellent breakfast at the beach, a court yard with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi and its own beach sun beds and umbrellas. I stayed for the second time in this hotel and if I come back to Naxos I will book it again. It is the best hotel in Naxos Chora. Extremely friendly and helpful staff

Definitely felt like nicest hotel on island and we would absolutely stay again. It’s lovely, comfortable, clean. But “five star” is a bit of an overstatement… nice pool area, but in small courtyard, no pool bar, or lunch offered etc. Not a complaint.. it’s a small boutique hotel, on a calmer, more authentic feeling island, not a big five star resort so just set expectations accordingly.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Nissaki and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Naxos. The staff, Matina and Maria were outstanding and helped us throughout our stay. Even before our arrival they helped me plan my trip and arranged Carma car rental to drop off and pick up rental car from the hotel. Tne room was wonderful and beyond comfortable with a king size bed, great mattress and pillows and had an incredible shower. Daily breakfast was fabulous with many options to choose from. Honestly felt like an indulgence each morning. Property in walking distance to the port and old town Naxos or Chora.

Didn’t love the local beach however Plaka beach and many other beaches were very close via car or taxi
