Value . V clean for this price and that is probably the most comfortable thing when you travel. I can always get a breakfast but I can't make the room be clean if it isn't

when I arrived the night receptionist made me wait to check in cuz he was eating dinner . I understand ppl get hungry but I was literally crashing after a long day and it was already 1 am !! Inconsiderate and unprofessional

The hotel is in a great location. The clerk was very friendly and informative at check-in. He even assisted me with my luggage since I had a huge suitcase & there isn't an elevator. The property is well lighted and very clean. I received an email that morning prior to check-in stating that they wouldnt offer breakfast, but they did offer a small continental breakfast with coffee & juice, breakfast bars and fresh fruit. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. I received Kentcuky Derby souvenirs when I checked out. The entire staff were very nice.

Older property with NO elevator. Wash cloths and towels were thin and rough. These were not deal breakers for me!

The location was wonderful! We really liked how close we were to the interstate and the secluded area of the hotel it was very quiet. The staff were wonderful even though we arrived very late, they even upgraded us to a king suite upon check in. The lobby was very nice and the room was clean. They provided us with plenty of towels & washcloths, also shampoo, bars of soap & makeup wipes was a plus. The fridge in the room was bigger than expected which was nice since we planned to eat in some of our stay. We were overall very pleased with our stay and would book here again!

The couch in our room was a little outdated, not as clean as I felt like it could be but wasn’t a deal breaker for us since we weren’t using it.

where do i start?! first off, i have OCD so anytime i enter a hotel, i always bring my own supplies & disinfect everything before my stay. i can confidently say this is BY FAR the CLEANEST hotel i’ve ever stayed at— ever! i was shocked when i realized that there was no dust or dirt on my wipes/paper towels as i was trying to disinfect— the room was truly spotless! i stayed in a king suite & it was so big and spacious, the bathroom is big and beautiful, the air worked perfectly, the bed was so very comfortable, i mean… i can go on and on! it was such a relief to be able to stay in a clean, safe, spacious, comfy room, after a long 16 hour shift. the staff were amazing, SPECIFICALLY, mike. he is so awesome. i can’t say enough about my experience. i wouldn’t want to stay at any other hotel! if i could rate it more than five stars, i would! everyone there deserves a raise, and if there’s any awards for “best hotel”— dupont suites deserves it.

i loved everything.

The room was very clean! I checked it throughly upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee and grab-in-go breakfast. A staff member, a man named Ben, was very polite and helpful. This area had many delicious places to eat. It was easy to drive around. I noticed a nice park with people walking. There is a hospital close to the area. I will definitely stay here again while visiting Louisville, KY.

Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Off the highways so very quiet. Lots of restaurants around. We were pleasantly surprised when food was set out for breakfast. Coffee, juice and individual wrapped snacks. Granola, muffins, breakfast bars. Great to have a couple as we were meeting family for lunch. Our son lives there and we will definitely go back when we visit. Very nice people working there. Very happy.

The staff was great!! Very comfortable and clean. No smell of smoke. Great location and area. Absolutely no noise at all every night, nice and quiet. Exceptional value for my length of stay. Would definitely stay there again.

It could use some updating. I stayed there solo for eight days. There is no stove top, but does have a microwave and mini fridge, which was good for me but may not be optimal for a family.

It was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Good location close to where we needed to be with easy access to and from the highway. Great value for the weekend.

The floor in the room was soft and bouncy in some areas but it was covered with clean carpeting. Slight musty older. The hallway carpeting was more worn down but didn’t concern me.

Location was good. Staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Always smelled fresh and clean when you walked in the building. I enjoyed my stay and rested very well. I would stay again.

Bottom floor can hear what's going on in the room above. Footsteps and movement in the middle of the night. Air conditioner wouldn't stay on. Kept cutting off before it reached desired temp. These things didn't ruin my stay by no means.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great. Our room was spotless!

It's an older, refurbished hotel, so it wasn't very ADA friendly. It's not fancy by any means, but if you need a quiet, clean place to stay, I would recommend it. We would definitely stay again.
