The place is very atmospheric, tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Public relaxation areas on the ground floor, mezzanine and roof allow you to catch your breath after sightseeing or sunbathing. Excellent espresso available to guests at any time. Free parking in close proximity and restaurants, shops and monuments that await you literally just around the corner. Breakfasts are very varied and perfectly served in a traditional restaurant with beautiful interiors and a wonderful inner courtyard located nearby. I can't imagine a better place to stay and get to know Malta. Getting anywhere on the island by car takes no more than 25 minutes from here. Finally, I can't help but mention the most important advantage of this place, the people from the facility and restaurant service. Warm, friendly and extremely helpful people, for whom there are no problems that can't be solved. The real jewel in this crown is Mili (Wonder Woman and national treasure of the Republic of Malta... probably the next President of this country 😉). Thank you Mili for the wonderful memories ❤️

Only 10 days stay :(

Location is spot on; very close to main attractions and just one little street away from main street which makes everything close yet the stay is in quiet place. Also the town itself is charming with lots of cute places to eat and drink. Bearing in mind the room was small (which we obviously knew at the time of booking) it feels spacious thanks to huge terrace with superb seating and gorgeous views!

My Travel House is a very friendly and comfortable guesthouse set in lovely winding alleys ideally placed for exploring Rabat and right by the entrance to Mdina. The room was calm and spacious with a lovely big bathroom and the streets were very calm at night. The welcome was also extremely warm and Mili was very kind and proactively helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our visit and would certainly come again!

Although the street was very quiet at night, the room could be better sound insulated from the central stairway which echoes. Also some hanging space for towels in the bathroom would be very helpful.

The location is perfect, design great, very clean. The staff of the restaurant near the hotel helps you with everything you might have a problem with like a socket adapter or late check-in. Breakfasts are in the same restaurant, they offer a variety of choices.

There were a few issues which were settled. The only thing which has to be done is to fix too much water on the floor when taking a shower. And if you have no hot water - just turn on a switch near the switch to the light in the bathroom. And just for information, the bed comes with 2 separate matrasses, it's not really good for a couple.

It was very windy, so the room was a little draughty, it’s also good to mention the stairs to the upper floor rooms are a bit tricky, especially if carrying luggage.

The location was brilliant. The room was large and spacious, with a kettle and a fridge. Bathroom had shower gell and a really nice large shower. The roof top terrace was fantastic - lush to sit in the sun. The staff were great, very friendly and approachable. Great communication before we arrived Loved that it was keyless entry (we had a keycode to get in which made checking out simple) Would highly recommend

It was a fantastic place to stay. Only thing that was a small issue were the doors to the room let light into the room. Not a problem for us, but there are stairs to the rooms which might not be suitable for everyone

If someone wants to explore the whole island location is really good. Breakfast is 1/2 minutes away from apartment in the restaurant, they give you the menu with options but it’s really tasty and will make you full. Room is spacious. Also we arrived before check in time, and they let us leave the suitcase with backpacks.

Overall bathroom was really nice, but the only thing what made us struggling was a shower. Even with closed door, water was coming out. And in the room AC was working a little bit too loud.

The location was spectacular, so close to Mdina, where we could walk around the old city. The surrounding buildings were wonderful and you can spend hours exploring the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and clean, it was wonderful staying there. There was also a kettle in the room The staff was beyond superb, they were extremely helpful, nice and approachable. The breakfast is held in their restaurant, where you can also get lunch and dinner. The breakfast is made on order, and you can choose one of the seven different options. We tried four of them in total, and they were really delicious and the portions were big as well. We will definitely return to this hotel, and recommend it to people who want the perfect place to stay in Malta

We were met by the host a couple of minutes after walking to their lovely restaurant and then walked to the property three minutes away. She very kindly provided us the room on the main floor so we didn't have to walk up a lot of stairs. We really appreciated that! The apartment was beautifully decorated, complete with a kettle, tea bags, shampoo, and air conditioner. The WiFi worked perfectly and quickly so I was able to load a huge number of photos from my camera onto the computer. That was a huge help. We chose to have dinner at their restaurant in the beautiful patio our back. The rental price also included a massive breakfast in the morning, complete with juice or a hot beverage! Parking was free at a lot 5 minutes away?

The electrical outlet on one side of the bed didn't work well. It would have been nice to have had a lamp on both sides of the bed, not just one side.

Beautiful building that was spotlessly clean and very well presented. The roof top was lovely to have and I enjoyed having a morning coffee up there. Staff were very helpful and communications prior to our arrival were excellent.

Not so much dislikes, more just my observations.…. We had a kettle in the room but only tea, that said there was a decent coffee machine downstairs but no milk. The stairs might be challenging for some people (spiral stairs) but take a bit of care and you’ll be fine.
