The very friendly and gracious family that runs the hotel has thought about everything a guest might need, every amenity, every convenience. Shuttle to airport, personal care items in the room, discounts at fine restaurants for dinner, breakfast room. Very helpful and convenient.

There is no elevator but the owner carried our bags up the stairs. There is no restaurant in the hotel but one of the best restaurants in Rome is walking distance, and the hotel guests get a 10% discount. The hotel could have told us that we needed to take a Fiumicino cab from the airport, not a Rome city cab, because the Rome cabbie had a fit but drove us to the hotel anyway.

We decided to stay at the Rome Airport Inn for 2 nights rather than a big hotel, we were not disappointed. The owners, Alessandra and Marco were an absolute delight and very helpful. The entire facility was immaculate, quiet and secure. The room was bright, cosy and well laid out. The bed was a dream to sleep on. The towels and bed sheets were exceptional. We didn't pre-arrange the breakfast online but did so on site - IT WAS FABULOUS! In my view it is a must while staying there. Alessandra provided us with recommodations for local dining. Try the "Tagliata di Tonno" (fresh grilled Tuna) at "Sfizi di Mare", it is exceptional. We highly recommend this Inn for anyone staying any length of time at FCO. //Rick & Janice

Breakfast was exquisite. Made with love, expertise and quality ingredients. It’s not included in Booking price but it’s very affordable. Airport is 20 minutes away. Took two free shuttles from airport to place and their shuttle back to airport for a fee. Very fresh, clean well decorated, renovated rooms, plus small details that make you feel welcome. Alessandra and Marco are great hosts. Their daughter too. Very approachable and service oriented people. Always with a smile and happy to accommodate your needs.

The area is nothing special but you can walk for about 10 minutes and see a beautiful beach and walk on the pier. There is a good restaurant there (Ristorante Oltremare)which has great food (best Mascarpone Cream ever) and atmosphere.

We were staying the night before an early flight and travelling here from Umbria by train. The train station is at the airport so we only had to call the hotel using WhatsApp for Marco to come and pick us up in the hotel van. He also drove us back at 7 am the next morning to catch our flight ( too early for breakfast but he delivered coffees to our room while we packed up.) There is a 25 euro charge each way but well worth it as the hotel is not high priced and very comfortable. It was nice to deal with a family operated hotel rather than a corporate chain. They certainly don’t skimp on amenities, the bathroom is gorgeous, bed very comfortable, TV with stations in multiple languages, very clean, lovely courtyard garden to sit in, good recommendations for a restaurant for dinner. We didn’t have time to walk to the waterfront area, but enjoyed dinner at a nearby restaurant recommended by Alessandra, that gives her guests a 10% discount. Food was excellent and they could accommodate my food allergies very well.

Frankly I wasn't expecting much when I first got there, as the hotel is not large and not part of a chain. Also, it's less expensive than other hotels close to the Fiumicino airport. I was ready for a mediocre performance, but what I saw was exceptional. The place sparkles from cleanliness and new furnishings. The family that runs it is exceedingly cordial and helpful. This is a labor of love for them, and it shows. The breakfast is exceptional. Someone put a lot of time into thinking about its content and execution. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. The hotel is also close to the airport, and there is a reasonably priced shuttle there. I recommend it very highly.

We stopped for a night at the Inn at the end of our vacation, as a staging point before our flight home from Fiumicino the next day. It was fantastic. The family is so welcoming and helpful, making sure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. The Inn is bright and very clean. The bed was the most comfortable we had on our trip. We will certainly return on our next trip to Italy.

The neighborhood around the Inn has enough shops and restaurants to serve, but is not a destination in itself. But the Inn itself is excellent and well located to Fiumicino, so overall it serves the function very well.

The couple and staff running the inn were wonderful. They answered all of my many questions before I arrived, gave me recommendations for dinner, and asked me if everything was ok in my room after I checked in. The room was clean and a good size, with everything a traveller could possibly need. The inn even provided water and juices inside the mini fridge free for my consumption, which was really handy for me to hydrate in the early morning. The shuttle transport to and fro the airport was comfortable and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was also great - with a wide platter of scrambled eggs, croissant, fruits, coffee etc.

Very clean and spacious room and bath with all the expected amenities. Gracious hosts helped me carry bags upstairs and showed me how to get to nearby restaurants and see the sun setting over the sea (several blocks away, but a nice walk). There is a large patio area outside and a shared balcony on the first floor above the ground. I requested a 7:00 am shuttle to the nearby FCO airport which cost 20 euro. It was on time and took about 15 -20 minutes.

I opened one of the windows, to let in some air… not thinking about mosquitoes. I got a couple bites. Easily remedied… don’t open the windows if it’s mosquito season.

This little gem of a place is such a treat for the travelers soul. A lille family run business with so much attention to all the details traveller's enjoy! Shuttle services ... extra effort to get what you need ... the BEST breakfast in out three weeks of travelling Itsly ... gorgeous and immaculate surroundings! A little walk to the grocery, the restaurants and the beach. This is the place to stay if you would like to experience some high end pampering at low cost prices! We highly recommend!

There was nothing we didn't like. The room even had oodles of storage and hooks to hand back packs or rain jackets! LOVED all of it!

The staff is all family and they are very pleasant to work with. The breakfast is exceptional-healthy and delicious. There are fruits, yogurts, cereals, eggs cooked to your specifications, croissants, cornettis, capiccinos, teas--it is hard to hold yourself back! The room is clean and there is enough room for your things.

I thought it was a little closer to the sea--but it is still very walkable and we got great recommendations for dining--from a morning capuccino to an afternoon Aperol spritz, to a lovely place by the sea or another place with exceptional Sicilian influenced courses.
