I was a solo American traveller staying in Room 203. The room & bathroom were both spacious. Shower facilities excellent & so was the location just off the central square. No shortage for restaurants or cafes nearby. The English-speaking staff was incredibly accommodating, especially Aisha who, I thought, went above & beyond to book me a personal driver for a trip to Sumela & even recommended other worthy stops. Also, I arrived very late, & check-in was still a breeze. The property arranges reliable taxi service too. And the air conditioning in the room was very good. And the breakfast was just what one needed to get the day going.

I didn’t notice any coffee offerings at breakfast, just tea. That’s not a deal breaker as the minute you step outside the hotel, you are surrounded by a plethora of all kinds of cafés (from traditional to modern espresso-style).

I was with my family - husband and two children. My room was on the top floor with veranda and great view. The location is excellent, in the very heart of Trabzon. Staff of the hotel is very kind and warm, hospitable and helpful. All of them are always ready to help you in each detail. Toilet papers, towels, shampoo and shower gel was too little for four person, but when I asked the staff they were ready immediately. The breakfast was delicious, especially cake. When I visit Trabzon next time, I book this hotel again.

If you add Turkish coffee in breakfast menu - it will be great.

The strong points of this hotel are the helpful staff and the comfort of the room. The breakfast was nice and the cleanliness was the same. Τhe location of the hotel is the best, it is located in the central square and everything is very close

I think the price-quality ratio was satisfactory.

There was only one room left with two separate beds and we booked it, we asked if it was possible to upgrade the room for free, so that there would be one large bed. We were given an upgraded room for free. We had a lot of luggage so the staff helped us carry our bags to our room.

The location is perfect, one minute walking to the Meydan, staff are friendly and willing to help.

No ventilation system in the bathroom, electricity issues in the second bedroom, quite noisy during the evening as there is a cafe next to the hotel.

Good position, walkable distance from the city center. Beautiful views to the sea. Big parking lot in a cramped neighborhood.

The staff the staff the staff. I loved the staff they were so very friendly and kind and helpful. The accommodations were very good, bed was comfortable and room was clean. Excellent location.

The staff are so friendly and supportive. The location is in the center of Maydan which is excellent Rooms are spacious and clean Breakfast was tasty with good vriaties.

No facilities like Gym in the hotel.

Great breakfast with yummy cheese cigars, the staff are very helpful, Muhammad called us to check on us being late to check in as our flight was delayed and couldn’t find a taxi at the airport. the room was large enough for 3. the location is absolutely perfect near the Medan at the same time secluded and quiet.
