So close to everything. Very clean and comfortable facility. Convenient spring board to shopping, eating and commuting around the valley.

I'd like to have more comfortable seating options in the rooms...a love seat, a cushioned arm chair.... Something more padded than the metal chair at the table. Softer/warmer lighting in the room is needed.

We had a great experience. The owner Victor was friendly and easy to talk to. The gentleman working in the night, forgot to ask his name, with the glasses went above and beyond. Very professional, and very easy to talk to. He is among the best I have seen in this business. Overall a great experience.

Towels might have been a bit short, but more were brought to the room upon request.

Too expensive for a cheap motel. Please get a new coffee machine. The one on the property stops every couple of minutes to heat up, which creates a line of people waiting to get coffee

THAT I WAS CHARGED $100 ON MY CARD BECAUSE I HAD TRASH THAT I BAGGED UP NICE AND NEAT BECAUSE HOUSEKEEPING DIDNT TAKE IT PLUS JUICE STAINS ON A SHEET DUE TO MY BABYBOY.!!! WOW!!!

I didn't like ...I loved the fact that every time we visit McAllen Front desk always welcomes us with a nice smile and very attentive We stay here every time and its the only place we will stay The cleanliness, the way we walked in and our room smelled really nice and fresh!

I didn't like that we had to park in back and ppl upstairs were very noisy I did call and complain but the ppl upstairs still were noisy it was 6:30 in the morning it was like they kept running back and forth

It was super clean, no bad smells or anything like that. Doesn't have carpet, which in my case is good because of allergies).The bed was so comfortable, we slept so well.

Not enough parking spaces and no kleenex. The closet was smaller than expected with no hangers (bring your own if possible). Only three drawers for clothes.

An excellent night porter who anticipated all my questions. He was courteous, polite and helpful. The room was clean and fresh and the AC was on when I arrived.

The breakfast is a little poor, only bananas from fruits, not even apples. This is perhaps the only cons of the hotel.

I keep coming to this hotel every chance we get to visit McAllen It's very clean and Victor always greets us with a smile and very professional at what he does Room #123 This room reminded me of a small town home it was really nice

There's nothing not to like about this hotel except the pillows they weren't comfortable that's about it

I loved the location, cleanliness, bed was super comfortable, everything was functioning fine, lights, shower, A/C, tv.

Well, the type of breakfasts offered. I think I needed more variety :(

The place is excellent, good price, good space, great location, very close to downtown. They can get a better in the bearkfast topic.

Breakfast can be better, maybe move the hours to finish till 10 am
